Writing a good policy or knowing how to enforce one is a stumbling block for many organisations. It is easy to feel unsure about them and it can be difficult to know what you can and cannot enforce as well as wording them in a clear and concise manner. Using our knowledge and experience of implementing policies and procedures for many organisations, we have created a webinar to help you define yours. This webinar has been certified by the Continuing Professional Development Service and can count towards an individual’s personal CPD certification.
