Allowances

The following allowances do not apply to employees classified at Registered nurse levels 4 or 5.

Allowances

Laundry allowance $0.32 per shift up to a maximum of $1.49 per week

Meal allowance $12.21 for the first meal and $11.00 for an extra meal after every 4 hours On call allowance - Monday to Friday $19.58 for each on call period of up to 24 hour

On call allowance - Saturday $29.50 for each on call period of up to 24 hours On call allowance - Sunday, public holidays and rostered

days off

$34.42 for each on call period of up to 24 hours

Travel expenses reimbursement reimbursement for the cost of reasonable fares, meals and accommodation

Vehicle allowance $0.78 per km

Uniform allowance $1.23 per shift up to a maximum of $6.24 per week
