All the outdoor ceremonies are seated. The fee includes use of resort grounds with white versatile banqueting chairs, tables, cutlery, set ups and waiter service during the

wedding ceremony and at the reception. Additional items to enhance your ceremony such as flowers, red carpet, table centre-pieces and decorative lighting can be arranged

on request.

It’s not every day that friends and family are able to get together and celebrate. Our popular pre-wedding dinner gives you the opportunity to extend your celebrations in privacy with delicious food, wine and good company.

This is available at an extra cost. If you choose this option, we will provide a complimentary glass of fizz for each guest to begin your celebrations.

This special offer, combined with reduced bedroom rates the night before is a real bargain to extend your wedding celebrations.

BRIDALS CHAMPAGNE PAMPER PACKAGE ON THE MORNING OF YOUR WEDDING...

To help you relax, a special treat of Engraved GH Mumm champagne with both Bride &

Groom’s names, delivered to your room on the morning of your wedding or to be tossed during the cake cutting ceremony during the reception.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Should you wish to make a provisional booking, we are happy to hold your preferred date without obligation for 7 days. To confirm your booking, we need a completed booking form, signed and returned along with a deposit of 50% of the anticipated cost.

QUIET TIME

Quiet time is observed from 11.00 p.m. onwards.

Be mindful of other guests in the hotel. Loud music is not allowed within the premises at all times.

100% deposit of all foreseen charges will have to be paid before the day of the function EXTRAS: All other extras strictly direct to individuals before check out

CONFIRMATION

Upon favorable consideration of this offer, we will require

a) A 50% deposit is required to be done by 7 days from the day of offer in order for us to confirm the venue and proceed with the arrangements

b) Balance to be settled within 60 days to the day of function

c) A signed copy of this contract should also reach us on or before 7 days from the day of offer to secure this reservation

d) All other extras incurred on ground to be invoiced and settled before check out TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rooming List & Arrival Details

• The rooming list with complete arrival and departure details is required

• A 50% deposit is required for all accommodation bookings for reservation and full payment MUST be made before check in

• A refundable deposit of Ksh 20,000 be paid before check in for bookings made for all cottages ONLY. On confirmation that you have left the chalet in the condition you found it in, including all the contents, utensils, etc, the deposit will be refunded to you in full between 5 – 7 days after you depart from the resort. (See attached information on our chalets for rent).

Payments

• Cheques be written in the name of GREEN PARK GOLF & COUNTRY COMPLEX LTD• For payment through bank transfer – banking details are available upon request from your Account Manager.

Other Conditions

• All the rates are in Kenya Shillings and inclusive of Statutory taxes

• Green Park Golf & Country Complex Ltd reserves the right to terminate this contract if the conditions set here-in are not adhered to.

• E&OE NO SHOW POLICY

The hotel reserves all rooms until the intended guests arrive.

In some instances, guests may fail to turn up on the first day or even second and third days but eventually show up.

In all instances the guest expects to find the reserved room ready regardless of the technicalities thereof, it is in light of the above fact that the Hotel will charge for all reserved room nights in order to cushion against loss of revenue due to rooms not availed for sale.

EARLY CHECK OUT POLICY

A charge will be raised for any guest who departs the hotel ahead of his or her scheduled date of departure for the number of nights booked.

We reserve the right to waive all or part or add to these terms and conditions.
