Eligibility and Payment Policies

(applicable to all pages of this price list)

Eligibility: PC Laptops and accessories are available only to UCLA students, selected UCLA Extension students, UCLA staff, and UCLA departments. Extension students should inquire at the Computer store regarding eligibility. Purchase must be for the personal academic, educational, or research use of the eligible person. Three Apple desktop computers, three Mac Minis, three Apple portable notebooks, three Apple iPads, and two Apple displays can be purchased each academic year by an eligible person. Payment: UCLA Store Price requires payment by currency, cashier’s check or University Credit Union Withdrawal Check made payable to UCLA Store, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Personal checks are accepted up to $1,000. Money orders are not accepted. Sales tax of 9% will be added to listed prices.

Return Policy: Unopened computer and peripherals are elligible for a return within 14 days of purchase at current selling price. Open product returns are subject to

manager approval and will be subject to restock fees up to 20%. Prices are subject to change without notice.
