For six years, Procadres International has had important ambitions for Africa. As the first Interim executive Management company to join CIAN (French Investors Council in Africa), Procadres International Africa, headed by Xavier Jacomet, highlights his understanding of business and the African environment. In a context of Africanisation of executive positions, it is indeed necessary for transition managers to: know how to work in several countries within the region, various markets, various cultures and succeed as a team.
