Directory Listing Orders

Directory Listing (REQTYP=JB or ACT=J) orders need to allow same day due dates.

Some same day due dates are still getting rejected with invalid due date errors for some scenarios. This applies to orders as well as cancels to orders.

Due Date Interval was updated in the system. IT team has discovered an issue with the calculation of the interval which is being tracked by 12361 and is planned for 12/10.

11640 Error Message

Invalid error: Cable and Channel pair are invalid for the given Address Location- CONT'D (related to Incident 11156). This item will address Cable and Channel pairs which were not loaded in inventory from Verizon.

Supplement was placed on a confirmed order and failed for “cable/pair not valid” even though the original order was confirmed.

This is a known issue that is currently being tracked under Incident # 11780 which has a planned deployment date of 11/19. Until this is resolved, please work with your SPOC to supplement the order manually.

11701 Loop Make Up

Loop Make up Pre Order response returns an incorrect LST value.

Since the deployment on 10/29, results with invalid addresses are being returned when the search is performed with a TN.

Incident 12300 was opened to resolve the address issues with Loop Quals using a WTN. This was deployed on 11/9. The address issue for 11701 was also resolved. No issues reported since 11/9 fix. Moving to closed tab.

where the line share circuits have been disconnected.



11508 – FOC should be returned on ASR Cancel orders

11780 – Update to correct an invalid error for Sup 2s

applied to AB/N orders. The error received is "Invalid cable

and channel pair" but the original order created without the

error.
