Feedback from our 2013 Participants:

The support, advice, and active reflection I received ...have enabled me to better manage my staff and create a more professional, team oriented atmosphere in my school. Perhaps most importantly, this course gave me confidence in myself as a supervisor to imple-ment change.

“I enjoyed our sessions very much and found the information very helpful and pertinent to my position at [my agency]”

“I found the coaching sessions to be most helpful as I was able to have Gilles guide me through creating solu-tions for some of the difficulties that I face as a manager.”
