Being in such close proximity to Liverpool’s famous social scene of Concert Square and the Ropewalks, Hanover Street is the ideal location for the new generation of leisure operators.

Recent openings on the street include Bem Brasil, Salt House Tapas, The Hub and Evans Cycles which join more established restaurants such as Bistro Franc.

Retailing on the street has been boosted by the opening of Stocktons which houses brands such as Alessi, Bo Concept, Joseph Joseph and Gautier, while the Tesco Metro generates a strong level of footfall.

fastest growing regional airport, and Liverpool Lime Street Station has a direct rail service to London in approximately two hours.

Hanover Street is the south east boundary to Liverpool ONE, and on the edge of the

Ropewalks. It benefits from various links into both areas of the city, and as such is a vibrant hub of activity at all times of the day and night. It has its own sense of style that is equally accommodating to the small independent retailers looking to establish themselves, and national brands looking to cement their position within the city.
