The Falcon 50EX is a unique, super mid sized, long-range business jet manufactured by Dassault Aviation. It incorporates a roomy cabin; envious shorter runway capability, and competitive cruise speeds. The EX upgrade to the Falcon 50 entered service in 1996, replacing the previous model with improved engines and other enhancements to give further range and performance improve- ments to an already long-legged jet.
The Falcon 50EX is powered by three Honeywell TFE 731-40 engines, each producing 3,704 pounds of thrust. These proven fanjet engines give the aircraft increased takeoff and cruise performance, including higher climb rate, extended range, and improved fuel consumption over its older sibling, the Falcon 50.
Cruising at 460 KTAS (530 mph) and with a range of over 3200 nm (over 3,600 statute miles), the Falcon 50EX can travel from coast to coast of the United States or easily complete a New York to London flight while providing one of the best cabin and performance experiences in its class.
