Payment Terms and Conditions - MARATHON

1) STARTING FEE:

Payment of the starting fee is obligatory for all participants of the 42 kilometre run (Marathon) which is scheduled to take place on 24 April 2016 in Warsaw.

2) ORGANISER:

AGENCJA LIVE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ [Limited liability company] with a registered office at 01-882 Warsaw, Żeromskiego Street 17C, NIP no. 521-32-21-905, REGON no. 015291980, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Warsaw, the 13th Commercial Division, under KRS no. 0000134061, with the share capital amounting to PLN 100,000.00 – hereinafter referred to as ‘the Organiser’.

3) PAYMENTS:

OPTION WITH THE FULL STARTING PACK

PLN 99.00 – basic fee which applies until 17.04.2016

PLN 150.00 – basic fee paid at the cash desks of the Competition Offices from: 21.04.2016 until 23.04.2016

SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR THE PARTICIPANTS WHO PAY EARLIER THAN 29/02/2016:

1. The table below shows starting fees for those individuals who have taken part in the 42.195 km runs in the previous editions of Orlen Warsaw Marathon:

"STARTING FEE + T-SHIRT" OPTION (available only until 31/12/2015)

PLN 89.00 - basic fee which applies until 31.12.2015

PASTA PARTY FEE:

PLN 11.00/one person - basic fee which applies until 01.04.2016

PLN 15.00/one person - basic fee paid at the cash desks of the Competition Offices from: 21.04.2016 until 23.04.2016

4) PAYMENT METHODS Domestic payments

Credit card payments and electronic funds transfers will be processed by the Dotpay.pl Payment Centre The www.orlenmarathon.pl website will redirect visitors to a payment page. The payment will be automatically registered on the participant account.

B. By bank transfer or postal order to the Dotpay.pl Payment Centre’s account (available until 17 April 2016)

If upon choosing the Dotpay payment method your bank is not listed among the available payment channels, select the postal order/ bank transfer option and, once you see the displayed instructions, log in to your online bank account or visit a post office to make your payment.

NOTE: payments that do not include the transaction number generated by Dotpay in the transaction description will not be identified and, therefore, will not be registered on the Participant’s account.

C. By cash at Competition Offices: their locations will be disclosed by the Organiser via the

www.orlenmarathon.pl website.

Foreign payments:

A. By credit card or debit card (available until 17 April 2016)

Credit and debit card payments will be processed by the Dotpay.pl Payment Centre. The www.orlenmarathon.pl website will redirect visitors to a payment page.

The payment will be automatically registered on the Participant’s account.

B. By cash at Competition Offices: their locations will be disclosed by the Organiser via the

www.orlenmarathon.pl website.

5) DATE OF PAYMENT

The date on which the transfer is registered on Dotpay.pl Payment Centre’s account will be considered the payment date.

If the starting fee payment is insufficient (e.g. if the payment is made after the deadlines outlined in these Terms and Conditions), the Participant is obliged to make an additional payment corresponding to the fee amount outstanding as at the date of his/her previous payment.

Each Participant is obliged to check his/her payment status by logging in to their account.

6) INVOICES

Each Participant will receive a VAT invoice. The invoice will be generated automatically, once payment is registered on the Participant’s account, and sent to the e-mail address given during the registration process. Group invoices will not be issued.

Should you wish the invoice to be issued to a different entity (e.g. a company), you are required to fill out the ‘invoice data’ section of the registration form. Once issued, invoices cannot be modified.

7) REFUNDS

Should you decide to resign from taking part in the event, starting fees will not be refunded.

8) AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By paying the starting fee, the Participant acknowledges that he/she has read the above Terms and Conditions as well as the ORLEN Warsaw Marathon Terms and Conditions, posted on the website, and is willing to comply with them. The Organising Committee has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, unless such amendments would serve to disadvantage the Participants, especially through limiting the rights acquired through these Terms and Conditions. Any later amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall enter into force upon their publication at the ORLEN Marathon website.
