April 1993 to February 1994 Technical Services ManagerServed as technical liaison for the Imaging Group in the Cardiology Division. Responsibilities included supporting both distributed and client server systems, coordination of system operations schedules, application testing and certification, and writing and testing of disaster recovery plans for all related locations. Managed the End User Computing staff, which was responsible for acquisition and maintenance of all client systems.
