Hi, I’m Nicole and I’m all about going

on adventures, just tell me where we’re

headed!

I started photography as a hobby, and truly just fell in love. I realized there wasn’t anything else that brought me the same kind of joy. I finally decided I was going to make this into my career. It wasn’t easy in the beginning, but that never once stopped me. I won’t bore you with all the details, so fast forward 6 years later, and here we are! I really love to focus on capturing the timeless, and intricate details of your wedding day, or engagement shoot. I would have to say that is my favorite part about my work. I am a sucker for details! I am extemely passionate about my couples and ensuring that you have a extraordinary experience from start to

finish witth me. I am not the kind of photographer that just shows up and starts taking photos, I want to become friends and champion and support you both oin any way I ccan n the most important day of your lives.

Some fun facts about me, and to give a little bit of a background! I am the youngest in a family of 9. I LOVE corgi’s and have one of my own, her name is Winnie. I am in love with my boyfriend, Westyn, who is my biggest supporter. I love the mountains, and will never turn down an adventure!

I want you to know exactly what to expect from me, and not have any kind of surprises. Let’s talk about the experience, YOUR experience. It means so much to me that you have the absolute best experiece you can have. This isn’t your average afternoon of photos where I just have you stand and smile at the camera. That’s just not how I do things. I direct you, and give you an unlimited amount of poses, and prompts during our time together. I try my very best to make each session so fun that you totally forget we’re even taking photos, and it just feels like a couple of friends hanging out, and having fun. I like to direct your focus onto each other rather than me and my big scary camera. These photos, whether they be for your engagement, wedding or just for fun, are all about you.

When you book me, you aren’t just getting a wedding or engagement photographer. You’re getting someone, who if you need them to do a quick Starbucks run the morning of the big day, I’ll do it, no questions asked. I am a professional third wheel, guide, location scouter, problem solver, timeline helper, planner, dress fluffer/holder, emotional supporter, dog whisperer, family wrangler, pack mule, dance buddy, expert, magic maker, and ultimate hype woman. I promise you, I am in this so much more than just your average photographer. I am invested in you, and your story from the get-go. I always create custom packages for my couples because your wedding day and story is unique.

Q: Is the booking retainer/deposit

refundable?

A: When you book with me, you will put down a

retainer that is 20% of your overall package price, This booking retainer is non-refundable as it is there to hold your date in my calendar, and I do not book anything else for the day.

Q: How do you accept payment?

A: I accept payments via cash, check, Venmo or

PayPal. Cash + check payments are only accepted in person.

Q: What do we do if it’s raining/

snowing on our wedding day or

engagement session?

A:

In the event of rain or snow on your wedding day, we will have to adjust the timeline accordingly, and potentially move the celebration to indoors. I’ve had couples who rent tents for their outoor ceremonies/receptions in case the weather requires coverage.

For engagement sessions, we can postpone/ reschedule. I do not charge a rescheduling fee in the event of incliment weather for engagement sessions.

Q: How many images can we expect

from our engagement or wedding?

A: I promise 50 images per hour! I’ll always

deliver all the images that aren’t blurry, a duplicate, or unnecessary to send.

Couples sessions - 60-100+ images

Adventure elopements sessions - 150+ images Weddings and elopement totally depend on how much coverage you book with me, and how long I’ll be shooting. From an 8 hour wedding day, I guarantee 600+ images, but usually deliver 800+.

Q: Do you post everything you shoot

online?

A: I keep my website up to date by posting your

full gallery for other potential clients to get a feel of what a full gallery is like, but if you would like to have your gallery private to only you and your significant other, that is more than okay with me! Just let me know ahead of time. On social media, I try my best to keep my portfolio updated as well, and will usually post a few photos from each session/wedding.

Q: Do we need a second shooter?

A:

If you are only booking me for a few hours, then no, but if you are planning to book me for a full wedding day, typically between 8-10 hours, I would definitely recommend booking a second

shooter with me. I have a list of second shooters, so no need to worry about finding one!

Q: Do your prices include tax?

A: My prices currently do not include any tax.

Q: Does it cost to have you travel to

our wedding? How much?

A: Travel in and 50 miles from Denver, Colorado

is free and I create custom wedding packages where travel is included so you don’t get any surprise fees when I have to fly somewhere or book airbnbs. I’m not high maintenance and am totally willing to crash at the sweet little cabin you have booked in the Tetons or that airbnb in Italy.

Q: What do you shoot with and are

you insured?

A:

I mainly shoot with my Canon 5D Mark IV, but always have a backup camera. I am insured, so no need to worry!

Q: How do we pick photo locations?

A: I will of course help you with this because I

know a lot of location options! I always ask about your personalities, and what kind of location you feel fits you the best! If you love going to the mountains, then we’ll go to a location in the mountains. If downtown is totally your vibe, then

we’ll head downtown and find locations with that urban feel!

I always go location scouting either at or nearby your venue before the big day if at all possible, or if I haven’t shot there before to ensure we have some great location options and variety! I strongly believe in utilizing your venue to it’s max since your paying as much as you are for it!

Q: Can we order prints of your

images or does that cost extra?

A: You can order prints of my images, but it

is not included in your pacakge, and is sold seperately. You can purchase them through your online gallery once it’s recieved, or I can help you find another way!

Q: Can I have unedited versions of the

photos or the RAWs?

A: No, I believe one of the reasons you choose

a photographer is because you not only love the photos they take, but their style as well. Allow me to be creative in the process of capturing you and your story the way I see it.

Q: Can we bring our dog? Can we

bring props?

A: YES! Pups are ALWAYS welcome. Props

are a fun way to tie your personality into the

photos even more! I love when people bring hats or jackets because it’s nice to pair them with different outfit options. Just avoid wearing watches or hair ties, so they don’t distract from your faces when I’m getting close up shots. When I think “props”, my mind flashes to all the cringe-worthy Pinterest photos with cheesy chalkboards, but props don’t have to be that way. Props can be anything from a dominos pizza picnic, a truck/car, your dog(s), blankets, a campfire, etc. If you want to bring props, just let me know and we can make sure to incorporate them in the session in a non-cheesy way!

Q: How long until we get to see our

photos?

A:

I always deliver sneak peeks to you within 24-48 hours after our session, or your wedding day! I want you to be able to have at least something to hold you over until your full gallery is delivered! I understand how hard it can be to wait for something you’re so excited for!

The turnaround time for the full gallery depends on the amount I shoot, and how busy I am. Typically, for sessions it takes about 2 weeks, and weddings take up to 4 weeks. I do everything I can to get your images back to you as soon as possible, while still giving each one the TLC it deserves.

Q: Does the photographer retain the

copyright to the images? Does that

mean we can’t share them?

A: I do retain the copyright in all images

created and have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the my website, and social media.

This does not mean that you are unable to share them, I just ask that when the photos are shared on any platform that you tag my social media, or give my business the credit of the images shared.

Q: Can you shoot JUST our

engagment session if you’re not

available for our wedding?

A: Yes! You do not have to book me for both

your engagement session and wedding. If you would like me to photograph your wedding, but I am unavailble, I have associate shooters who are contracted under me. I choose photographers who have the same shooting style, so your photos will match my shooting style. I edit any and all images that you will recieve in my editing style. I will also be the one you’re in contact with through your whole experience!

Here’s the next steps and what to expect. Once you’ve emailed me stating you’re ready to book me. (WOO!!!) I will send over my contract, and your official personalized invoice. If you would like to set up a time to do a FaceTime or Zoom call before signing the contract and sending the retainer, we can 100% do that! After your contract is signed, and you’ve sent the 20% booking retainer to reserve your date in my calendar, you are officially BOOKED!!!
