• Fellows/residents in rheumatology (particularly those preparing for certifying examinations) • Clinician scientists in rheumatology

• Newly certified rheumatologists as well as more experienced rheumatologists who need to remain up-to date in vasculitis

650 EUR including VAT The registration fee includes:

- Lectures, workshops, “Meet the Expert” sessions

Educational objectives

- To provide comprehensive training on different aspects of systemic vasculitides

- Apply new diagnostic approaches from pathology, radiology and laboratory investigations to the clinical practice of vasculitis

- Evaluate the latest scientific advances in the field of vasculitis

- Integrate new treatment approaches in the field of vasculitis to clinical practice Topics

- Genetics and immunopathology of systemic vasculitides

- Biomarkers, autoantibodies and imaging in systemic vasculitides

- Classification and differential diagnosis of various vasculitides (primary/secondary) and vasculitis mimics

- Evaluation of vasculitis patients for disease activity, damage, QoL, patient-reported outcomes and prognosis

- Therapeutic approaches to different vasculitides and discussion on EULAR recommendations

- Assessment and therapy of difficult cases with “Meet-the-expert” and “difficult cases” sessions

- Discussion on how to evaluate clinical trials and other studies on vasculitis in a critical approach

Course description

- A unique 3 day “fast course”, in clinical and experimental aspects of vasculitis taught by selected faculty of International experts in an interactive and cordial environment. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet with the experts in an informal setting and network with other trainees and rheumatologists from all over the world.

Post-course evaluation

-A formal evaluation of the course will be asked from the attendees and the results will be reported to EULAR.
