Teaching Activities

I have been teaching for thirty years, first mathematics at school and then computer science in various universities. I have had many different kinds of classes : children, adults, literary and scientific students. I also participated in seminars for engineers.

On the undergraduate level, my teaching activities have been mostly devoted to algo-rithmics and programming languages, computer organization and operating systems, and foundations of computer science. I also teached stochastic processes for performance eva-luation and distributed computing.

Two textbooks for undergraduate courses are related to these topics : an introduction to operating systems [LI-1], with J. Beauquier, and [LI-2] on the verification of concurrent systems, with A. Arnold, J. Beauquier and B. Rozoy.
