ADVERTISEMENT FOR CONTRACTUAL APPOINTMENT
Online applications had been invited for Dental Professional candidates for appointment on 11 months Contractual basis for the vacant posts of Assistant Professor and Tutor in various Dental subjects and Medical subject at Government Dental Colleges from 17/11/2020 to 24/11/2020.
All candidates who had applied for the post are instructed to visit personally for physical document verifications. Date of interview will be declared later.
Applicable Condition:
1. Only Candidate who had applied on website: https://hrms.guj.nic.in can visit and come for physical document verification. The online received applications will be scrutinized and no new applications will be accepted. Any candidate without hrms portal registration no. will not be entertained.
2. If candidate had applied for more than one cadre and/or in more than one subject, the candidate has to give separate document copies for each cadre and/or each subject.
3. A candidate has to appear in person for physical document verification at the given place as per time and day/date specified for specified subject. No authority letter will be accepted. Candidate has to bring their application with original and Xerox copies of required documents as per Annexure-1.
4. Documents relevant to academic qualification, teaching experience, age in support to their candidature will be required and verified at the time of verification. The applicants who do not fulfill the required qualification, suggested documents and experience letters, NOCs in suggested time, their applications will be rejected.
5. For Research publication criteria: – Only Original Research Publication will be considered for Assistant professor Post. Publication as case report / tabloids / souvenirs / dental news magazines / abstracts of conference proceedings / letter of acceptance shall not be considered.
6. A Subject Review Expert Committee shall enlist all the available State / Indian / International dental journals in various categories. In case of any dispute, the recommendation of the Expert Committee shall be reviewed by selection committee.
7. The Chairman, Selection committee for 11-month contractual basis reserves the rights to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending interview.
9. Any fault / incomplete information given by the candidate shall reject the application.
10.In case of any dispute, decisions of selection committee for this recruitment process will be final.
