Our client required business scorecards to align planning and operations with strategic objectives and business goals of the organization. The scorecards are also expected to bring performance visibility and accountability within the organization.

Our solution was delivered using the “BALA” Balanced Scorecard Framework. The BALA framework has a crisp methodology derived from all the major Performance Management models in use and a number of out-of-box accelerators like metrics repository, analysis paths, information models etc.

Using a top down approach of creating executive scorecards cascaded to Functional scorecards, further cascaded to operational scorecards, a comprehensive Business Performance Management Solution was developed

The “BALA” Methodology comprising of executive workshops to discover business objectives, strategy maps and scorecards ensured executive participation and smooth execution of the project

A customized governance model was developed to ensure seamless integration of the Balanced Scorecard into the business management calendar and large scale adoption of the program

We delivered highly sensitive Business Scorecards at each level of management, providing an automatic alignment and linkages of objectives, metrics and initiatives. This resulted in greater business focus and facilitated better decision making.

The SCOR model was used in the SAP SCPM product to define the key metrics and create linkages for root cause analysis.

Huge retail outlet customer base was being served through a “One size fits all” resulting in severe out of stock and cost overrun issues

We analyzed historical sales data and modeled Distinct Retail Outlet segments, to exhibit mutually exclusive transaction trends. We also created differentiated service packs to be applied to different outlet groups. We used a combination of attribute correlation and decision tree algorithm to create the segmentation model.

New streamlined service packs for each Customer Segment enabled a more effective customer service strategy.

Using our Working Capital Optimization Solution, and working with key client business executives, a comprehensive credit management framework was applied to define key credit management objectives, metrics to measure performance, analysis paths to identify root cause and actionables The proprietary “Information Model” was used to transform business requirements to Interactive Dashboard design.

SAP BI/BO Xcelsius, Webi, and Crystal Reports toolset were used to the deliver the analytics solution to the client credit management teams

Our Credit Analytics Dashboards allow the CFO to quickly get an overall view of credit management function and identify problem areas like “high uninsured debt”, “high doubtful debt”, “cash flow shortage” etc. Our solution helped the client to drill down to root causes like “customer is habitual offender”, “policy issue”, “sales is dumping stock on customers”, “particular controller is overriding too much debt” etc.
