A Guide to Ticketing an NAIA Event: Welcome

WELCOME TO THE AUDIENCEVIEW FAMILY

On behalf of AudienceView, I am thrilled to provide you with this Guide to Ticketing Any Event Using AV Community. We are committed to offering your community a tool that can help better engage event attendees and increase revenue.

Your event attendees - whether they’re alumni, current students, nearby residents, friends, family or members - are using technology in their everyday lives. They buy products on Amazon, sell products on eBay and get around town with Uber. These are services they didn’t use 10 years ago, but couldn’t imagine living without today. We hope to transform the engagement associated with your events and overall brand while offering an easier way for your entire community to spend their money with you.

We are confident your community will find our platform easy to use, whether they are selling tickets,offering workshop registrations, asking for donations during the online sales process or selling merchandise. With this guide and our ongoing support, we expect you will find it even easier to help your campus, organization or association achieve both immediate and long-term success.

Our activation team is ready to get started and looks forward to hearing from you very soon.

A Guide to Ticketing an NAIA Event: How To Scan At Your Entry

SCANNING AT POINT OF ENTRY

The AudienceView Sesame app, available for both Apple (iOS) and Android, makes event check-in a breeze. It allows event organizers to directly scan, check-in and manage attendees from a phone or tablet device. They simply log in and select their event from the app and the list of attendees will appear. With Sesame, event organizers can easily see who is inside and who has yet to arrive.

Sesame allows event owners to scan hard copy or mobile tickets for entry. Or, they can manually check in individuals or groups as they arrive. Tracking attendees allows event and community owners to:

• Easily identify those in attendance;

• Determine which attendees may be interested in future events; and

• Select the individuals to engage for future donation, membership or other requests.
