A portfolio of 220 houses and flats let on ASTs, located on the Sussex coast, and managed by SHW on behalf of oversees trustees. Income up by 33% since 2009, despite most tenants being on static housing benefit.

South Cliff Tower, Eastbourne, a 19 storey block of 73 flats with underground car parks managed by SHW on behalf of the Residents’ Management Company. Many of the building’s services are undergoing a phased programme of renewal.

Whitehall Court, London. We are the appointed agents for this landmark property situated to the west side of Victoria Embankment Gardens. The building was built in the late 1880’s and is Grade II listed. The building consists of 130 apartments, commercial premises and the Farmers Club.
