Premium offers you exclusive access to our comprehensive Kienbaum Online Database. Premium queries deliver analyses for the major positions in all branches across nine European countries. Just identify positions with a range of search parameters using the Job Selector or consolidate multiple positions with the Job Creator. You can then determine your customised compensation benchmark with a host of powerful query features.

Store your query profi les for later reference and compare your own data with market data using Job Matching. The Report Designer will then generate reports adjusted to your needs: simply select the compensation components and types to be included and choose how the distribution of short- and long-term incentives, key fi gures, charts and graphs should be displayed. The Report Designer also allows you to determine if data should be projected or if results should be converted into other currencies. View your query results online or export them in PDF or Excel format. Our Kienbaum experts can assist you with any questions regarding your individual analyses.

Premium clients are given access to the Compensation Portal for at least one year and are required to submit compensation data for 50% of all positions in their company. Up to 20 sub accounts may be assigned to company staff members, each equipped with full premium functionality and individually customisable user rights.
