MyReceptionist
Our most popular offering! The MyReceptionist™ answering service represents our customers’ businesses to give their callers a true receptionist experience. This is not just a messaging service - all calls received are answered by our friendly receptionists with our customers preferred greeting and transferred to our customer wherever they are in the world.
Customers may be at home, on their cell phone, at a hotel, or at a client site. Customers can update their contact numbers at any time in our online portal, by telephone or smartphone apps for the iPhone and Android. They can also add and update notes for their dedicated receptionist instantly.
Once a caller has been greeted, the receptionist will call our customers on their pre-selected divert numbers and, if they do elect to take the call, the caller will be instantly patched through. Alternatively a message will be sent by text and/or e-mail, detailing the message left by the caller, and their contact information - allowing our customer to return the call at a more convenient time. This service can be configured to operate during business hours, after hours or 24x7 with free voicemail for after-hours messages.
MyAssistant with MyDiary
This is our premium live reception service charged on a pay as you go (per minute instead of per call) for customers who need their office to be fronted by a friendly, efficient and personal assistant. This is the ideal service for the sole trader or small business that require our receptionists to acquire additional information from callers or assist with diary/calendar bookings. This service is popular with health services and other small business professionals. Following agreed protocol, receptionists will book appointments directly into customer diaries.

Callers are professionally greeted by the OfficeHQ™ Receptionist in your business
name using your preferred call answering script.
The OfficeHQ™ Receptionist will gather the relevant details from your callers can
either transfer the calls or send a detailed message to the relevant
contacts/functional areas of your business.
Callers will have the comfort of knowing that their call has been answered by a
professional receptionist who has proactively addressed their requirements and in
the event that a message is taken, that their message will be received for a call
back ASAP. Clients can also access inbound call records on the OfficeHQ™ web
portal.
Message Express
This is our message only service - designed to give customers maximum calls with a budget price tag. We ensure calls are answered professionally in our customers’ business name and messages are sent instantly by email and SMS. This service operates 24x7 so our customers never miss a call. All our customers have to do is call forward their business, cell or home office line to an exclusive number we allocate. When their clients ring their number their calls are seamlessly answered and their message is sent directly to them.
Message Centre
Clients select a local or toll free number which can be used by the client to advertise their business. They can record a custom greeting that is played to inbound callers. After a tone, the caller can record a message up to 3 minutes long. This message is then forwarded to the client and can be accessed from any email client.
Faxes can also be converted to email and sent instantaneously.
Virtual Address
This is perfect for anyone needing an up-market CBD office location. OfficeHQ™ provides an address to use on letterheads to forward mail as requested.

Usage Prepayment
A Usage Prepayment charge appears on the first bill in addition to the subscription charge and re-bills whenever the client account balance is below $0.00.
Usage charges such as call transfer, text messages (if applicable) and inbound calls over the nominated subscription allowance are deducted from the prepaid usage credit on the client account.
Please note: the prepayment default amount is from $25.00 to $50.00 depending on the package subscription.
