Activation Team for Saxony Hospital. Serve as clinical leader including nursing practice, orderset/powerplan development, implementation of processes related to safety, quality, onboarding and orientation nursing staff. Developed, implemented, and evaluated Day in the Life scenarios to test processes prior to go-live on December 1, 2011.
