Retail Banking Division

Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business targets

 Supervise the daily branch operations and administration

Requirements:

 University degree holder preferred

 Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in branch network of retail banking with 3 years at managerial level

 Sound knowledge in branch operations, mortgage loan and financial investment products

 Good business connections

 Strong marketing and interpersonal skills

 Strong leadership skills to drive for excellent services

 Proficient in Chinese and English

Candidate who is unable to meet all the above requirements will be considered a lower position

Branch Officer

Responsibilities:

 Assist the Branch Manager to supervise the counter service and daily branch operations

 Perform cross selling of bank products

Requirements:

 Form 5 graduate or above

 4 - 5 years’ experience in retail banking with 1 - 2 years at supervisory level

 Sound knowledge of retail banking products preferably in the area of mortgage loan processing

 Strong marketing skills and able to work under pressure

 Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills to drive for excellent services

Wealth Management Manager - Wealth Management Department

Responsibilities:

 Provide professional wealth management services to high net worth customers

 Develop and grow a portfolio of new potential customers

Requirements:

 University degree holder in Finance, Economics or related fields

 Minimum 5 years’ experience in serving affluent customers

 Having obtained insurance agent license, with CFA or CFP qualification most preferred Candidate who is unable to meet all the above requirements will be considered a lower position

Financial & Risk Management Division

Financial Management Manager - Financial Management Department

Responsibilities:

 Control the daily operation works

 Check and prepare the financial statements and management Reports

 Prepare the accounting policies and procedures

 Assist in control of the Risk Management

Requirements:

 University degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related fields

 Minimum 3 years' working experience in accounting field

 Strong analytical skills

 Willing to work independently and under pressure

 Proficient in PC applications

Responsibilities:

 Carry out daily and month-end closing operations

 Prepare Financial statements and management Reports

 Prepare the Accounting policies and procedures

 University degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related fields

 Strong analytical skills

 Willing to work independently and under pressure

 Proficient in PC applications

 Proficient in Chinese and English

Manager - Legal & Compliance Department

Responsibilities

 Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, especially AML issues

 Act as AML/CFT Compliance Officer

 Review AML MIS reports and STRs

 Engender a compliance culture in the Bank

 Prepare legal and compliance reports

Requirements

 University degree holder in Legal Studies, Business or related fields

 Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking industry

 Knowledge in Laws, AML/CFT regulations & supervisory skills

 Strong logical & analytical skills

Head of Small & Medium Enterprise Service - SME Service Department

Responsibilities:

 Plan and formulate business strategies for Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) customers and ensure they are effectively implemented by subordinates in SME Service Department

 Expand and develop the SME customer portfolio of the Bank

 Guide and oversee the performance of subordinates in SME Service Department

 Prepare credit proposals

Requirements:

 University degree holder in Business or related fields

 Minimum 5 years’ banking experience and well versed in retail products or services

 Target-driven, outgoing with strong communication and organizational skills

 Proficient in Chinese and English

Officer - Loans Marketing Department

Responsibilities:

 Assist department head to supervise the daily operations

 Handle housing mortgage applications

 Ensure proper handling for all newly developed systems

Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking Department

Responsibilities:

 Acquire new corporate customers and develop existing corporate customer relationships

 Prepare credit proposals and conduct periodic reviews to ensure credit quality of own portfolio of corporate customers

Requirements:

 University degree holder in Business or related fields

 Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lending

 Outgoing and self-motivated

 Able to meet tight working schedules

 Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Relationship Manager

Operations Division

Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

 Assist the development of policies and procedures relevant to operations

 Prepare analysis reports for operational risk incidents and operational compliance

 Act as a coordinator between operations units

Requirements:

 University degree holder in Business or related fields

 Minimum 3 years' banking experience with internal control and operation management knowledge

 Self-motivated, independent with strong communication skill

 Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

Analyst Programmer / Senior Analyst Programmer - Information Technology Department

Responsibilities:

 Assist Systems Analyst to perform functional design

 Perform detailed technical design and specification

 Perform programming specification and programming

 Ensure the deliverables adhere to the standard, schedule, cost and quality requirement

 Plan, direct and evaluate the work of programming staff

 Perform resources estimation and task scheduling

 Define detailed system test and conversion plan

 Define detailed production migration plan

Requirements:

 University degree holder in Computer Science or related fields

 Minimum 3 years’ working experience in IT application development

 Solid experience and skill in the development with VisualStudio.Net, MS SQL, ASP.Net

 Good analytical and organizing skills

 Strong interpersonal skills

 Proficient in Chinese and English

Senior Programmer - Information Technology Department

Responsibilities:

 Design program logic to meet the requirement of the program specification

 Code programs in authorized language / development tools and conform to programming standard

 Prepare test plan and data for testing accuracy and efficiency of new / amended program and linkage to other programs

 Prepare and update program documentation

 Assist in the design of program specification

Requirements:

 University degree holder in Computer Science or related fields

 Minimum 2 years’ working experience in IT application development

Network & System Administrator - Information Technology Department

Responsibilities:

 Provide operation support to the setting of network & security equipment and components

 Perform implementation of network & security devices and measures to the network infrastructure

 Support superior in the implementation of intrusion detection and alert system

 Review the operations of departments and branches on compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines and statutory requirements

 As a backup for Quality Security Officer

Requirements:

 University degree Holder in Computer Science preferred

 Minimum 3 years' working experience in related fields

 CCNP or other network qualifications preferred

 Independent and able to work under pressure

 Proficient in Chinese and English

Helpdesk support - Information Technology Department

Requirements:

 F.5 graduate

 At least 1 year’s relevant working experience

Assistant Manager - Loans Operation Department

Responsibilities:

 Provide services on loan application support, system maintenance, transaction and payment processing, account reconciliation and other related administration tasks.

 Supervise clerical staff in carrying out daily operations to ensure the assigned activities are handled properly and efficiently

 Review loan and security documents and liaise with solicitors and marketing units to ensure proper and efficient delivery of loans administration works

 Ensure all credit facilities strictly comply with the rules and regulations issued by the bank and related authorities

Requirements:

 University degree holder with Minimum 5 years’ experience in loan and credit administration

 Good report writing and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for leading and conducting audit assignments to evaluate the adequacy of internal control systems

 Review the operations of departments and branches on compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines and statutory requirements

Requirements:

 University degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business related fields

 Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking or audit firm, of which 3 years preferably as internal audit

 Self-motivated and able to work independently

 Strong analytical and communication skills

 Good writing skills in Chinese and English

Manager - Human Resources Department

Responsibilities:

 Act as the deputy to Head of Human Resources Department

 Administer compensation and benefits including payroll and provident fund

 Administer and enhance Human Resources Management System

 Assist in handling human resources functions including recruitment, employee services and staff related activities

 Handle staff complaint

Requirements:

 University degree holder in Human Resources or related fields

 Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sizeable organizations

 Well-versed in employment ordinance and other related ordinances

 Out-going and self-motivated, analytical with strong interpersonal skills
