Special Days this Week

The Liturgies of Easter Week take precedence over the saints not observed at Mass.

April 11 -Saint Gemma Gilgani communicated on

familiar terms with her Guardian Angel, who was reported to have done errands for her. Trust that your Guardian Angel is with you constantly; ask their help.

April 13 – Saint Martin I defended the truth of

Catholic teaching about Jesus’ human and divine natures, and was persecuted to the point of giving his life. He is venerated as a martyr to justice.

Faith Sharing for Divine Mercy Sunday

Jesus appeared to Sister Faustina in 1935 and told her, “I want the whole world to know My infinite Mercy.” He also told her, “Anyone who says the Chaplet of Mercy will receive great Mercy at the hour of death. Even the most hardened sinner, if he recites this Chaplet even once, will receive grace from My infinite Mercy. I want to give unimaginable

graces to those who trust in my mercy.”

Mother's Day Market, Thursday, May 6

Christ Is Here

Christ departed from our sight that we might return to our heart, and there find him. For he departed, and behold, he is here.

—St. Augustine

A Cheerful Giver

A cheerful giver does not count the cost of what he gives. His heart is set on pleasing and cheering the one to whom the gift is given.

Easter Egg Hunt - Thank You!

Thank you to all

who joined us for the Easter Egg Hunt on Holy Saturday! The morning started with a blessing, and Fr. Tim told

the children that every time they find an egg, think of Jesus saying, "I love you." Over 1,900 eggs were prepared and scattered on our grounds, thanks to volunteers and the BTA Service Club. The Young Family Committee also collected food

donations for The Red Door on Saturday, and dropped off 140 lunch bags downtown this past week. We're looking forward to gathering again in the summer!
