he IVCi audio visual team has one common goal; delivering superior quality audio visual solutions on time and within the defined budget. The members of the AV team bring many years of experience and countless hours of manufacturer (and internal) training to every project. The result is a professional integration that enhances the productivity and performance of our clients.

At IVCi, we take our role as a leading integrator quite seriously. For this reason, we are members and sponsors of key industry associations including the ICIA, NSCA, and the IMCCA. Further, we insist that every member of our AV team be CTS certified. In addition, IVCi team members are CVE certified and have completed training from dozens of manufacturers including Crestron, AMX, Extron, and Cisco.

Further, we conduct monthly training sessions at our New York facility to ensure that our designers, programmers, fabricators, project managers, and field technicians are always up-to-date on the latest solutions available.

Finally, our AV team knows quite well how to work with AV consultants. We understand the importance of your relationship with your client, and we respect that relationship. Our role is to strengthen that bond—and we believe that no one does it better than IVCi.

ffective project management can make the difference between success and failure. That's why we take project management so seriously at IVCi. Our dedicated team of project managers focuses on only one thing—making certain IVCi projects are completed on-time, under budget, and to 100% satisfaction of everyone involved.

To maximize our effectiveness, we have divided the project management function into two parts—internal and external project management. Our internal project managers focus on internal logistics and coordination including resource

scheduling, order handling, and system fabrication. Our external project managers coordinate all integration, configuration, testing, training, and client hand-off efforts. Both our internal and external project managers know that their success depends upon:

VCi's Network Services Division brings a wealth of IT and networking experience to the table to support you and your clients. As with all other IVCi divisions, this team works well under the guidance and management of AV consultants. This means that your customers can channel both their audio visual and their networking requirements through you, and you can manage the delivery of a total conferencing solution. understand the value of strong communications. When working with a consultant partner on a project, the need for effective, proactive communication is even greater. IVCi's communication policy includes the following:

One key part of our communication with our partners and clients is our project documentation, including our project management report and touch panel planning documents. This information is released frequently by our project management team and helps synchronize the efforts of our staff with other members of the project team.

IVCi CONTROL SYSTEMS

A

s you know, ease of use is the single most important part of an audio visual solution. Basically, if a system isn't easy to use, it won't be used often enough to justify the investment. That's why IVCi takes the implementation of your design and the programming of our control system solutions so seriously.

Our project management process includes the creation of a detailed control system design document including screen shots of each system task and a button by button description of each function. In addition, this document includes a functional flow of all multi-step operations for a complete understanding of complex sequences.

Finally, to ensure that the system functionality and the final GUI configuration are as expected and required, we install the customer's control system program on a Web server and allow the customer to test the interface remotely. This gives the end-user a chance to try out their system and request changes or modifications before the system is even deployed to the site. The combination of our expertly trained programmers, control system design documentation, and remote testing capabilities ensure that your control system design will meet the

expectations of even your most discerning end-users.
