Quarter-turn actuator Type DAPS

The first choice for process valves with high breakaway torques: DAPS, the low-cost scotch yoke quarter-turn actuator for butterfly valves and ball valves.

Regulated linear actuator Type DFPI

Sensor box Type SRBF

Inexpensive to buy and economical to operate. Highly robust and extremely easy to install and commission, this sensor box is ideal for simple tasks that require a reli-able and cost-effective solution.

Sensor box type SRBP (binary) and SRAP (analogue)

Process/media valves

Ball valve Type VAPB/VZBA

Systematically more reliable as well as compact and sturdy, this valve combines low torques with a long service life.

• Brass and stainless steel versions • G and NPT thread types • For 2-way ball valve VAPB,

diame-ters of 1/4" to 4" in stainless steel, 1/4" to 2 1/2" in brass

• For 3-way ball valve VZBA, diameters of 1/4" to 2" in stainless steel with L and T hole • Mounting flange to

Air/water valve Type VZWM

Economical and ideally suited for controlling gaseous and liquid media. VZWM works with a diaphragm and differential pressure; pilot controls can be connected. Comprehensive coil range and plug socket for almost universal control of media.

2/2-way pneumatic valve Type VLX

Servo-controlled valve Type VZWP

Made for differential pressure. The pilot-controlled piston spool valve VZWP works with differential pressure and can be operated with up to 40 bar. Seal materials NBR (nitrile rubber) and FKM (fluoroelas-tomer).

• Use for high pressure ranges up to 40 bar

• Numerous seal materials for corresponding temperature or media compatibility

Type VZWD

The directly actuated poppet valve VZWD is made for high pressure and supports an impressively wide range of pressures. Low flow rates at high pressures possible from 0 to 90 bar.

Angle seat valve Type VZXF

Insensitive to steam or lightly contaminated media. The externally controlled angle seat valve VZXF works from 0 bar upwards.

Forced valve Type VZWF

For applications where the actual medium is not suitable for valve control: the forced poppet valve VZWF has a range from 0 to 16 bar.

Control cabinet solutions from Festo

Provide the best protection for individual components, thereby ensuring maximum process bility as well as operational relia-bility. Relevant components can be supplied on request in the various explosion-proof designs such as intrinsically safe or with pressure-proof encapsulation.
