Reservation

To make a reservation, please contact Patricia Braat ([email protected]) from the Student Service with following information:

• Name of guest/student • Date of arrival and departure • Type of room

ATTENTION!

In case of a delay or cancellation, please consider following rules: • Notice earlier than 2 weeks in advance: free of charge

• Notice later than 2 weeks in advance: a single payment of 150 EUR

Some house-rules

• Smoking is prohibited in the whole building. • No pets are allowed.

• Keys can be collected and returned to the Student Service during office hours (Monday-Friday 8.30 am – 5 pm). If you arrive before or after office hours, an appointment can be made with the specific department or the concierge. A deposit of 100 EUR will be asked for the key. The amount will be refunded to you when the key is returned before departure and if the room has been left in good order.

If the tenant stays longer than 6 months a deposit of 350 EUR will be asked instead of the deposit of 100 EUR.
