SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING
A little knowledge goes a long way when you’re travelling into the unknown. Our award-winning e-learning programme provides employees with both security training and situation-awareness. It’s simple to access and use and provides practical advice about a range of subjects including personal security, preparation and arrival, travel health risks, getting around, street crime and robbery, terrorism and unrest. And employers benefit through a verifiable audit trail to confirm they have delivered their Duty of Care to employees who travel on business.
Training is fully interactive: the core episode and six modules take around 45 minutes in total to complete and can be undertaken individually or together. They are also accessible at work, home or in airport lounges while en route, as long as Internet access is available.
CONCIERGE SERVICE: MAKING BUSINESS TRAVEL A PLEASURE Being away on business needn’t mean eating in your hotel room or missing out on business entertaining opportunities. Our Concierge Service is available 24/7 to provide a wide range of services like these:

Medical Second Opinion, the chance for
all covered employees – and any members
of their immediate family – to receive an
additional diagnostic opinion from a
world-leading medical expert.
While in most cases Medical Second
Opinion will confirm a diagnosis or suggest
only minor changes to a treatment strategy,
it offers the reassurance that the proposed
treatment has been verified as appropriate
by internationally-recognised medical
specialists. In the case of a life-threatening
or life-altering diagnosis, a second opinion
is also accepted as best practice.
