The telematics server TCC (TControl Center) adminis-trates the data fl ow and monitors all communication between the hardware devices on the assets and the backend servers, the fl eet engineers and the mobile users. By creating user groups and access rights, information can be directed in multiple channels simultaneously. The cargofl eet web application visualizes the data from the TCC servers and provides modern SAAS (software as a service) tools for analysis and integration. Via stand ard-ized interfaces provided by idem telematics, all operation-al software systems such as ERP programs, dispatching systems or logistics software can be connected directly to the telematics data. This allows for real time infor-mation processing and improves response times and operational fl exibility.

An unlimited number of users can access the telematics data in the cargofl eet web application. The live informa-tion about asset posiinforma-tion, status and availability gives multiple dispatchers and controllers the full view of the daily business.The web portal can be used through standard web browsers in use today.
