› Customer Database: eDoc has the competence to assign each customer a unique Id that contains detailed information of the customer.
› Loan Database: eDoc keeps the record of loan along with information of loan segment, loan nature, security document nature, surveyor, FSV, CIB status etc. It has also the option to store and manage the records of loan extension and account closing.
› Automated Documentation Check List:By default eDoc has an extensive
documentation check list. In addition, it has the option to maintain the
documentation check list dynamically.
› Security Documents Management: eDoc has the most user friendly interface to store and manage the loan documents. It maintains the waiver, deferral and inadequacies status of all the documents as per the need. Besides, it also maintains document wise (if applicable) additional attributes to generate different MIS for the management.
› Auto Reminder System: The most
authoritative feature of eDoc. You are just a click away to send various reminders (such as Loan, Insurance, Deferral, etc. Expiry Reminder) automatically to the respective Relationship Manager and other listed authority.
› Documents Archiving: Besides

Software requirements: eDoc requires a web server environment and will run in Apache easily. eDoc
will run in any server environment that supports PHP and use MySQL as a database.
