Face-to-Face meetings just got REAL! IAVM’s DirectConnect is the new, hosted buyer, one-on-one Appointment, face-to-face program that matches you with pre-qualified venue professionals who are actively seeking products and/or services for their

building renovations, new construction projects, service contracts, new products/services, and more!

We’ve done all the prospecting for you, all you need to do is sign up!

About the Program

DirectConnect directly impacts all exhibitors by increasing additional tradeshow traffic for exhibitors,

new conference attendees, and new business opportunities for everyone. Over 80% of DirectConnect venue manager participants are first timers in attending VenueConnect. DirectConnect is the International Association of

Venue Managers' new program for targeted business during the VenueConnect Annual Conference and Trade Show. DirectConnect provides face-to-face appointments between qualified buyers, who are renovating or planning new construction, and participating allied member companies who can fulfill those needs.

To ensure that allied companies have access to exceptional qualified buyers, IAVM adheres to strict qualifying criteria, and provides two (2) nights’ accommodation and full conference registration to each participating venue professional.

How it Works

Venue professionals who qualify for the program are selected by IAVM through a detailed online application process. Accepted participants are notified and contacted to arrange further details, including registration and 2 night complimentary hotel stay.

Prior to VenueConnect, participating allied companies are able to review basic profiles and purchasing interests of available venue professionals in the program. Participating Allied companies will send venue professionals’ meeting requests via a private, online experience only available to DirectConnect participants. Requests can be accepted or declined; however, IAVM reserves the right to confirm or edit requests and schedules at any time.

 10 Qualified Appointments for Exhibiting Allied Companies: $3,000  10 Qualified Appointments for Non-Exhibiting Allied Companies: $7,500

As a participant, you will be setting meetings with prequalified decision makers from Arenas, Performing Arts, Convention Centers, Stadiums, Complexes and Universities/Colleges with Hundreds of Millions of Dollars in Buying Power.

10 one-on-one, twenty minute, face-to-face meetings with pre-qualified venue professionals whom you have personally selected to meet with (appointments are on August 1st, 2015 at VenueConnect)
