Software Engineer 

  S Loyalty is looking for enthusiastic software engineers who want to build world class  Internet / Cloud products. We have a highly focused team committed to building  applications that have meaningful and disruptive impact. At the same time, we have a high  bar for engineering quality and process, often obsessing over code quality.    Responsibilities:  As a software engineer of the core product team, you are responsible for:  ● Designing the technical aspect of the system based on product requirements;  ● Writing code to implement the system, including user interface, frontend, and  backend;  ● Conducting data analysis and discovering insights from massive data;  ● Installing and configuring components of the system and ensuring its continuous  operations;  ● Performing benchmarking and improving the performance of the system;  ● Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues of the system.    Requirements:  ● Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or other technical discipline;  ● Good understanding of algorithms and object­oriented design principles;  ● Hands on experience in team programming projects, preferably using Git or other  source control systems;  ● Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python and  JavaScript;  ● Mastering of logical and analytical skills and passion in creating new things;  ● Ability to work and excel in a fast paced environment.    To apply, please send your resume to [email protected]

Customer Success Manager 

  S Loyalty is looking for problem solvers who are passionate about delivering customer  happiness.  Customer Success Managers (CSMs) liaise with our customers, maintains a  close pulse on what customers want and provide feedback to the core team on how to add  value and improve the customer experience.    Responsibilities:  As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you are responsible for:  ● Working closely with customers and team members to resolve any business or  technical issues that may arise;  ● Engaging customers as appropriate throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure  customer satisfaction;  ● Managing customer communications such as announcing the release of new  product features and functionality;  ● Providing feedback to the product and development team on customer needs and  new feature requests;  ● Continuously optimizing process to improve the Customer Success function.    Requirements:  ● Exceptional communication skills with the ability to grasp complexity and formulate  and articulate solutions;  ● Enthusiastic problem solver with strong empathy for customer needs;  ● Highly analytical with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Product Manager 

  S Loyalty is looking for enthusiastic product managers who want to build world class  Internet / Cloud products.  We have a highly focused team committed to building  applications that have meaningful and disruptive impact.  As such, we are looking for  product managers who value product quality and has a strong desire to help drive product  development and innovation.    Responsibilities:  As a product manager, you are responsible for:  ● Defining the product roadmap by working closely with both customers (e.g., gather  customer feedback, prioritize features, etc) and the development team;  ● Drafting requirements, design specifications and user flows (e.g., wireframing) for  the development of new product features;  ● Working closely with designers, engineers and members of customer success to  iterate and continuously enhance existing products;  ● Managing outreach and customer communications involving the product (e.g.,  announcement of new product and feature launches);  ● Conducting strategic analysis to further market development and product vision.    Requirements:  ● Highly collaborative with the ability to work in a fast paced environment;  ● Experience or demonstrated passion for working with Internet / Web products;  ● Exceptional ability to grasp complexity and communicate/articulate value.    To apply, please send your resume to [email protected]

Marketing & Community Manager 

  S Loyalty is looking for an experienced marketing and community manager to lead content  creation and value add for our merchant community.  As we have a global customer base,  the marketing & community manager needs to develop and drive a global marketing  strategy to ensure that we are delivering content that is relevant and useful to our broad  community of users.    Responsibilities:  As the marketing & community manager, you are responsible for:  ● Publishing major company communications such as the announcement of new  product features and relevant customer communications;  ● Engaging our customer base and actively manage communities to facilitate and  help merchants get the most out of our products;  ● Developing the content strategy for our global merchant community and drive  execution of content creation and delivery to add value to the community;  ● Managing any company events and press releases;    Requirements:  ● Enthusiastic technology and product evangelist with exceptional communication  skills;  ● Strong writing ability with previous experience in digital content creation;  ● Passion for working with others and building community engagement.

User Interaction Designer (UI/UX) 

  S Loyalty is looking for user interaction (UI/UX) designers who obsess over product  interfaces and product details.  Our UI/UX designers are artists who constantly strive for  simplicity and desire to leave users with rewarding product experiences.     Responsibilities:  As a UI/UX designer, you are responsible for:  ● Working closely with the product, development and Customer Success team to turn  product specifications into user flows and user interfaces;  ● Defining user flows and creating high fidelity wireframes for our development team;  ● Staying up­to­date on usability trends and constantly re­visiting and improving the  existing product user interface;  ● Run usability tests to ensure that the customers are able to easily take full  advantage of our products.    Requirements:  ● Strong experience with UI/UX design for cloud/SaaS applications;  ● Exceptional ability to simplify product complexity into a straight­forward user  experience;  ● Desire to design and build products that serve a global community of users.    To apply, please send your resume to [email protected]
