Course Introduction

The Balanced Scorecard Essentials and Key Performance Indicator course is an interactive knowl-edge-sharing course that has been structured to provide attending delegates with a high-level practical understanding of how balanced scorecard systems and integrated key performance indicators (KPIs) con-tribute to improved organisational performance.

The course will cover the key concepts and constituents of the balanced scorecard and provide insight into how the scorecard promotes achieving business strategies. It also covers the fundamental aspects related to creating meaningful KPIs and monitoring systems.

The course will guide you in the design and implementation, or improvement, of effective and strategical-ly aligned balanced scorecard systems and teach you how to improve organisational performance through an understanding of key topics including:
