3 PRICING

Philosophy

The Taulia Business Exchange™ is a Software-as-a-Service business process management solution that provides efficiencies and savings in Accounts Payable, Treasury &

Procurement through;

o Electronic Invoicing

o Supply Chain Finance / Dynamic Discounting o Supplier Information Management

o Supplier Self-Service

While many e-invoicing and e-procurement service providers choose to charge suppliers, Taulia believes to encourage high adoption then these transactional services must be free to suppliers. Consequently our pricing is based around the value our solution provides to the buyer. Typically companies that implement experience a 40% reduction in costs across their purchase order and invoicing processes, and also benefit from improved efficiencies,

reduced fraud and late payment fees.

By implementing e-invoicing buyers can expect to match and approve the majority of their invoices within 5 days or less. Government and corporates are increasingly under pressure to adhere to the new EC Late Payments Directive (2011/7/EU) and electronic invoicing helps achieve this legal requirement.

Many of our customers capitalise on implementing e-invoicing and use our Supplier Financing Solutions to capture early payment discounts. This is attractive to the buyer as they typically expect a £2m return for each £1bn in spend. This is also attractive to the supplier as the Taulia solution removes all risk from the supply and therefore the discounts offered to suppliers are at an Annual Percentage Rate that is much lower than their existing cost of borrowing.

It is a common belief that discounting programs and supply chain finance are ‘forced’ on to suppliers. This is not typically true as suppliers see the

discounts given as a far more attractive rate than their existing cost of borrowing through asset-based lending, credit cards, loans or factoring. Taulia does not believe that suppliers should be forced to do anything and therefore, the solution gives the supplier a choice for each single invoice financed – would you like to be paid early?

4 Government Discounts

Taulia offers the following modules as free to the UK Public Sector G-Cloud users when Taulia Business Exchange™ and Taulia Inbox™ are implemented;

• Supplier Information Management • Supplier Self-Service

Taulia also offers a cumulative discount determined by spend across all public sector bodies subscribed to the Taulia solution. Based on the discount rates below, if 4 public sector bodies subscribe to the Taulia solution with a combined spend of £3.5bn then each entity will receive a 10% discount.

5% discount - between £1bn and £3bn 10% discount - between £3bn and £5bn 15% discount - between £5bn and £10bn 20% discount - over £10bn
