Our Amarillo Promotional Postcards are the perfect way to let customers
know you’ll be exhibiting at the show.

postcards can be displayed in your shop, left with customers after visits

Buyer Invitation (Size 8 1/2” x 3 1/2”)
The customized Amarillo Buyer Invitation allows you to let you
customers know where they can find you at the show. The invitation
includes your company name and booth number and at 8 1/2” x 3 1/2”,
they’re the perfect size to include in invoices and promotional mailings.

PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT SPONSOR $500
Grab attendees’ attention through our new sponsorship offering; the Product Spotlight Sponsor. Your company and product will be highlighted on our website and in our show program which is distributed to all attendees coming into the show. Each Product Spotlight Sponsor will receive a picture of their product and a 25-word write-up. The Product Spotlight will be displayed in the show program, in an attendee eblast as well as promoted on the show’s website.

Refreshments are a great way to market your business to attendees. Water coolers with your company logo and marketing message will be placed throughout the Civic Center, allowing people to stop and refresh during their busy day.

Each room of the Civic Center serves a special purpose, from large

CREATING YOUR ARTWORK
FORMAT: IDEAg operates under the PC platform. Ad files are preferred in Press Quality PDF format (all fonts must be
embedded and files must be built to the correct size). We can also accept PC format files created in Quark Xpress or InDesign
(All imported graphics and fonts must be included) Adobe Illustrator (all fonts must be outlined), or Adobe Photoshop
(CMYK or greyscale color mode, no less than 300 dpi). Files created in any other format will need to be recreated by IDEAg;
production charges will apply.
IMAGES: All images supplied must be high resolution EPS, TIFF, or JPG files (no less than 300 dpi) in CMYK color or b&w.
JPEG files and GIF files downloaded from websites are not acceptable for print and cannot be used. IDEAg is not responsible
for the print quality of graphics that do not meet these requirements.

Be sure to enter your
company name, show, and ATTN: AMARILLO in the message field
to ensure proper delivery.
EMAIL: Maximum file size for each email is 25MB. Files larger in size must be uploaded to Hightail.
