IMPORTANT

* Do not tighten up all the screws until each part is properly assembled.

* You should keep Hex Wrench in a safe place as you may need to tighten up the Head Cap Bolts in the future. * Use a soft cloth between these parts and the fl oor.

* After assembly, item must be level to work properly. Use the included adjustable levelers to level.

STEP 1

Insert Cam Lock Screws into the pre-drilled holes in Top (A), Side Panels (E), (F), Front Rail (H), Front Posts (M), and (N). (See Figure 1)

STEP 2

Attach Front Post (M) to Side Panel (E) and Front Post (N) to Side Panel (F) with Cam Locks. (See Figure 2)

STEP 3

Attach Magnets to Middle Panel (G) with Wood Screws for Magnet (See Figure 3)

Attach Front Rail (H) to Middle Panel (G) using Cam Lock.

STEP 4

Attach Back Rail (J) to Side Panel unit (F) with Cam Lock then slide Back Panel (D) into place.

Attach Back Rail (I) to Side Panel unit (F) with Cam Lock then slide Back Panel (D) into place.

Attach Back Rail (J) to Side Panel unit (F) with Cam Lock.

STEP 6

Attach Bottom (B) to unit with Washers and Panel Screws.

Attach unit to unit from Step 3 with Cam Lock, Washer and Panel Screw. (See Figure 4)

Attach Side Panel unit (E) to unit using Cam Locks.

STEP 8

To level the unit, adjust the adjustable

levelers on the bottom of unit. (See Figure 8) Insert 16X Wood Screws (short) from the back of the unit. (See Figure 9)

Note: Please make sure unit is level before tightening these screws.

STEP 7

Place Top (A) onto the unit and attach with Head Cap Bolts and Cam Locks. (See Figure 5) Slide Drawers (O) into position. Insert Adjustable Pins into side panels at the desired level. Place Shelves (C) into position. Attach Doors (K) and (L) to side panels by sliding the door lift hinges into the side panel lift hinges. (See Figure 6)

Assemble Knobs to Doors (K) and (L) with Machine Screws. (See Figure 7)

STEP 1

Attach O1 to O3 and O4,

using a Phillips screwdriver and long wood screws (4X), tighten halfway.

Attach O2 to O3 and O4 using long wood screws (4X), tighten halfway. (See Figure 1)

STEP 3

Insert short wood screws (4X) into the pre-drilled holes in O5 and tighten. (See Figure 3)

STEP 4

Assemble Pull Handle with machine screws. (See Figure 4)

Tighten all screws used in drawer assembly.
