Accommodates 4 guests. Angler’s Perch is a luxurious three-bedroom log home (2,250 square feet) with plush queen size beds in each room, a loft with two additional queen beds, a full dining room and living room, and gourmet kitchen. Accommodates 6-8 guests.

General Auction Rules

Live Auction begins during dinner.

The auctioneer conducts an out-loud competitive sale of live auction items. To enter a bid, raise your bid card. An auctioneer “spotter” helps assure that all interested bidders are recognized. The auction continues until there are no more bid increases. Then the auctioneer announces that the item is sold. The decision of the auctioneer is final.

Payment

Payment is made with cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Payment in full is mandatory. All sales are final. Neither the Auction Committee nor the donor will honor exchanges or refunds.

Your winner’s auction packet will be delivered to your table where you also make payment.

Vacation Homes, Resorts, Hotels and Gifts

Purchasers are bound by the precise restrictions, specifications, and limitations specified by the donors. The items are not negotiable. Unless otherwise specified, all auction services must be used within one year from September 19, 2015. Dates and times are to be arranged between the donor and the buyer. To avoid disappointment, please make all reservations well in advance. Individual and merchant donors are not to be asked to exchange or modify their contributions.
