creating balloon

figures

is how

much

to inflate

the

balloon. Because each twist forces air into

the

uninflatcd

be

long

enough

to

accommodate

the

displaced air.

... As a general nIle, leave about 12 inch of the balloon uninAated for each twist in the figure. It's natural to overinflate the balloon, so start with

less air than you think you'll need. You can adjust for too little air in the balloon

by reducing

the size of some parts of

the figure. If there's too much air in the balloon; however, it may pop before you complete the figure. To make the balloon ea~ier to tie, hold it about I inch from the lip end as you inflate it to prevent expansion of that portion of the balloon.
