Getting Started Guide

I’ve specially designed this Companion Workbook to help you progress through the 6 module audio discs. I recommend that you keep your Companion Workbook by your side as you listen to the lesson tracks. It will help you track your progress and enhance your understanding as the tools and learnings build upon each other.

To get started, I highly recommend you listen to the Modules in sequential order to get the most impact from the program.

Here are some additional tips that I have found really helpful to absorb and

apply the knowledge:

Schedule in 1 hour a day to listen to each Module. I recommend putting this into your

daily calendar as the content is best consumed when you have dedicated time to listen to a Module in its entirety.

I do not recommend that you listen to the entire course in one sitting. The tools are

designed to clear blocked energy, raise your energetic vibrations, and help you get in touch with your Infinite-Self and Guides. You will have a lot to process, so be gentle on yourself and don’t try to force everything down at one time. The optimal length of time to consume the modules is across 7-10 days.

Each Module contains meditations and exercises designed to be consumed in a peaceful and quiet space. The meditations will put you in a very relaxed state and are most

powerful when your brain is not multitasking. Please don't listen to the Meditations when driving or involved in an activity that requires your complete attention!

Remember to be kind to yourself! I know you chose this program because a part of you

yearns to live from the place of Love or Above. So be open to whatever comes up and know that every person's experience will be as unique as they are meant to be! Make a commitment to be in a space of Joy and Gratitude whenever listening to the modules, and know that we are here to support you every step of the way. Consciousness and How it

Affects Your Life

The main point of this section is to remember it is the energy and emotions you are holding that are

stopping you from getting your life to look a certain way—the way you really desire it to be.

The Book, Power vs. Force by Dr. David Hawkins has calibrated energy and emotions on a Scale of Consciousness, as illustrated on the right.

207 (Apathy) is the average level of humanity right now.

Important Items to Remember About this Program:

The purpose of this course and Christie’s personal life mission is to get everyone on the planet

vibrating from the level of Love or Above (500 and up!).

• Love or Above can be reached by everyone simply by Connecting to the Oneness of it all or connecting to source.

• You need to drop judgment, competition, exclusion and fear-based living in order to reach Love or Above.

• Just one person vibrating at the level of 500 can raise the vibration of over 750,000 people!! • A family of four vibrating at Love (500) can raise each other to 600. If one person’s consciousness

calculates at 10500 (Love) , a family of 4 vibrates at 10600. (Peace). It’s exponential! You can change

your town, extended family, schools and neighborhoods, just by being you!!!

Loving Thoughts Can Change Everything—Choosing the Energy of Love or

Consciousness is the most potent force in the World.

This course is developed to help you raise your consciousness and that of your family and the people you love. You can make huge leaps in your life! People who are operating at a higher consciousness

make other people vibrate to their level just by being themselves.

You vibrating at Love or Above can change the planet—just by being you! It’s like a multilevel approach to Consciousness—you help 4 friends and they help 4 friends and so on! ; )

This change must start at home with you, and it must begin with your family! Start with you, and include your spouse and your children, and you can, and will, become a model to change the planet. A question I often get is:

And my answer is be more You! Be the energy and love you want for them and share your experience in a way that is non-obligatory, meaning you are sharing simply for the purpose of sharing, not to convince or recruit—the same way you would share how your day at the office went or a funny story you heard. People choose things because they want it. Make them want it

because your life is better!

What I have seen more often than not is family members begin to reach their own consciousness when you begin sharing whatʼs going on for you. For instance, Mom or Dad gets really psychic, and the rest of the family wants to know more because of the changes they are seeing unfold in the other person.

Donʼt force it on your family or mate, lead by example and they will come around. Donʼt worry if people push back at first as this is normal when they feel your energy shifting, especially when they cannot understand it.

Just remember to embody love and joy whenever you feel resistance, and in time your energy

and increased vibration will pull your loved ones up with you.

Start alone if you have to! Just begin for you!

Tool: Start an Attitudes of Gratitude Journal

The energy of appreciation and gratitude are sometimes the easiest for people to

grasp and the best place to start. What we focus on, we attract, and using this type of journal has changed many lives and helped thousands manifest the life of their dreams:

An example of an entry in your Attitudes of Gratitude Journal could be:

1. Go back into the past if you need to. Just start where you can and your feelings of gratitude and appreciation will increase over time. You are just exercising the muscles until it becomes normal for you.

Action Items

Write your first daily entry into your Attitudes of Gratitude Journal.

Schedule in times of gratitude throughout your day. For most people it is easiest to

think about one thing they are grateful for before every meal. You do not need to say it aloud, simply think about one thing you are grateful for as you take that first bite of every meal, and you will begin to see a shift in your attitude towards life.

Remember—It’s All About Choice & Action

Start a Gratitude or Appreciation Journal.

Choose your words carefully—substitute the word kindness for love if the word love has a bad meaning for you. Pay attention to the words you use in your speech and in your thoughts.

Relationships can and do change for the better—I see it happen all the time just by having one person focus on changing for the better. It’s all about choice and action.

The higher your vibration the more you attract to yourself. It’s the actions that lead to the reality change.

Key Points

• When you make a choice for something—come from the place where there is no way that this is not going to happen for me! It is not about TRYING—that word leaves room for the space of failure.

Tools in the Toolbox—Key to a Happy Family Life!

Children get these concepts right away!!

Most people want the best for their children, and one of the things children really want is parents who are aware and willing to be connected to source and ask, “What is in the best interest for my child?” Most parents want their children to be happy, but if parents are not open to their awareness, children can easily learn to not trust themselves.

Spirituality is tuning in to the biggest part of you. Learn to trust yourself so your children can follow your lead and learn to trust themselves and their instincts.

When families tune into source and learn to trust themselves and each other, families are more stable and family life becomes easier.

Intuitive living is being the Being you are anyway. Make the choice to use it and open your heart to be this powerful.

Your stuff is going to come up until it is gone. Laugh at it, as it makes itself known to you. How great is it that it wants to leave by making you aware of it? Tools to generate the life you want are available to you. It is simply a choice to be connected, or not.

Being intuitive is who you are—a spiritual being does four things:

Knows Perceives Receives Makes choices

Depression can be simply a symptom of repressing your Intuitive Awareness. When you shut off half

your senses, depression can set in. Can you see how turning your Inner Light bulb brighter could release this depression? This is especially true for teenagers.

One out of five people are depressed and on medications. But if you are connected to truth and if you are using all your natural gifts, then this depression will begin to lift. Just trusting yourself and your Inner Guidance can immediately help alleviate feelings of depression and anxiety.

If you turn on your Spiritual Gifts, then solutions are easy to gather. Use the tools in this program to gather the data and line it up to help you make aware decisions that are right for you!

Let go of the addiction to drama and problems. Make the choice to move towards a peaceful and solutions-based life. This is the ‘Loving Yourself’ Cure!

Here is an important question:

Do you love yourself enough to really do this for yourself? To be truly joyful and powerfully and fully You?

Someone has to start in the family. Remember, families that grow together are much happier families!

Action Items

Go back to the box you received your Spiritual Toolkit in, and pull out the Light Contract. If you are ready to make this commitment, then go ahead and sign the

contract and file it away in a safe place.

Tool: Light Contract

The Light Contract that I have included in your Spiritual Toolkit is the exact same one I have used in Workshops. I was guided to do this and I found that signing it has the most surprising outcome—It was like the participant’s commitment to it, the declaration and signing of it, made everything in the workshop come true exponentially faster. Most of the participants really received the manifestation they really, really wanted after the class, even if they were previously blocked. So, I encourage you to treat yourself to signing this declaration to Self Love and Celebration!

Module 2

A Question is a Big Door Opener that Brings Awareness

In life, asking a question is the only way to receive feedback. The Universe aligns to support you in getting your question answered.

Don’t be afraid to ask a question multiple times until you receive the answer. You can in fact ask in different ways. Remember the story of Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen? They asked the

Universe, “Help me create a bestselling book title.” They asked and they tuned into their Spiritual Gifts and Intuition until the title “Chicken Soup for Soul” came to them.

There is nothing more special about Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen—they are not more loved or blessed or cared for than you—they simply used the Spiritual and Intuitive tools available to everyone. Connecting to source and Intuition are like any other skill—the more you use them, the

easier it becomes and the more accurate you become at getting your desired outcome.

Don’t Make This Parenting Mistake!

Many people have their kids stop asking questions because it drives them nuts, but what if this habit to ask questions that children have is the very thing that expands their future and opens doors and windows? Asking questions is the tool that can change their entire life.

In school, if you get a wrong answer, you get a big red mark, and this creates a fear of being wrong.

As a result, we quit asking questions and cut ourselves off from information. But what if this information could actually change your life and the lives of the ones you love?

Make the decision to give yourself more choice and expansion from which to live. Start being grateful to yourself for asking questions, because they align you with open doors and other possibilities.

Our lives are like water running down a mountain. In the beginning, the water will run down every which way with unlimited possibilities. We observe this everyday in the way little kids, who have just learned how to talk, continually ask “Why?”.

Children don’t stop asking questions until we train them to stop asking. Then, like the water

running down the mountain, our “training” forms deep grooves in them—habitual ways of thinking— so they soon stop asking questions and behave in ways they have learned to be “proper”.

The grooves in the mountain, and the child, become deeper and more ingrained until the water (also known as ‘curiosity’) has only one direction in which to go and no more possibilities. As adults we have become so trained, that we forget to ask questions. But what would the world look like if Einstein, Bill Gates and the Wright brothers had all decided to stop asking questions?

Start showing yourself and your family gratitude for asking questions. Train you brain to remember and constantly repeat this phrase to yourself and the ones you love:

“You are so smart for asking that question!!”

Intuition

Your intuition speaks to you all day long:

• It can show up as a voice in your head or vision in your mind’s eye.

• It can show up in your body (goosebumps or tightness or a creepy feeling, you can feel like you can breathe easier or even be short of breath).

Pay attention to your body and your six senses:

Wrong is not wrong and right is not right - It is all just an

interesting point of view.

Wrong vs. Right

If you label things wrong and/or bad for kids, what you are doing is making them fear/shame things and you limit what they allow into their universe. I understand that the age of a child will be a factor, but try as best as you can to let them experience things so that they can know for themselves.

I’ll give you a few examples. If they need to know that a stove is “bad” (hot), of course, let them know. This is being kind to them. But, if it is really just your opinion, maybe let’s not shame them for liking something. For the longest time, I thought pears were not good. Where did I get this belief? An adult told me, when I was a child, that she did not like pears. She said they were horrible and this was her point of view. I loved pears after I tried them. This is my point of view, now. I had to change it because before I tried it—I thought they were bad. Now, I love everything about them. But, I did not even try one for 25 years. All because of someone’s opinion. It limited my universe. What if that adult had said

to me, “Let’s try one so you can figure it out for yourself.” In this way, we teach our kids to try the pear and try the things they are reaching for. Then they feel good about going for it!

Another example: What if your child knows things and is told it’s “bad” to know too much? I’ve had people come to me to open their intuition. I had to release the block that “being a know-it-all is a ‘bad’ thing.” They were told this as a kid to “stop being a know-it-all”. Conversely, what if you teach them that knowing everything is possible, you just have to be willing to look for the insight! Tell them they should be a know-it-all! That it’s their natural state!

Basically, it’s about using common sense. If it is being kind to them to make them aware of

something, guide them! It’s all about empowering them to make choices so that when they leave the nest they know how to think for themselves from an aware, intuitive place.

How To Ask A Better Question

Answers are often subjective and leave room for judgment. Instead of leaving a question open for interpretation, ask specific, not subjective questions. For example: how many pounds does fat make? Over 10... Over 20?

So instead of:

Is it right for me to wear this dress to the meeting? (Right according to whom?)

Use:

If I wear this dress to the meeting will I appear professional to the other guests? If I wear this to the meeting will I appear in the manner I need to to close the deal? If I do this activity is it rewarding and nourishing for me?

Getting better at clarifying your questions helps you to manifest things. It teaches you to get a clear description of a happy end result.

My happy end result is _________________________________________________? If I buy this _______________ does it actually make me money?

If I change schools for my child does it make my life easier and life more joyful for them?

Module 4

Energy is Everything!

Energy has a vibration! Your table, house and body are made up of energy that are dense. Energy can also be light, such as in air, steam and clouds.

Your personal energy field can be light or heavy depending on:

• Your personal choices • The environment you are in

• The thoughts and feelings you have

• If you hold a lot of judgments on things, then your energy will be more dense than someone with less judgment

• If you have a strong ‘inner critic’

• If you use guilt and shame to control other people

You can control your vibration and energy with your thoughts. Thoughts are things—this is a

blessing! You are made of about 70% water so you can easily attune yourself to a different vibration. Remember to shift your emotions when you sense yourself being negative. You can do this by simply repeating this phrase in your head, until the flow of gratitude comes into you:

Thoughts Affect Our Body

Stop judging your body! By constantly being critical of yourself day in and out, you are asking the

molecules of your body to rearrange themselves to make it so.

Anger mutates the molecules in your body. Remember the idea of the water crystals—you change the form of them with your thoughts.

Love or Above thinking moves the molecules into healing and health. Be kind to yourself from the highest vibrational space when you think about yourself.

Events in life can trigger old emotions and energy that you may not even know is there.

Guilt and shame are the lowest frequency emotions. By choosing to feel loving emotions, you can easily cut through these lower frequency emotions like Fear and Anger.

Action Items

Keep all of the things you love and have appreciation for in your Attitude of Gratitude Journal and review them daily. This will give a huge boost to your energy field and foster happiness and gratitude in your life.

Fill your whole being with Love energy. It’s about connecting up and letting the

light fill every molecule of you. You can either ask your kids to fill up with a rainbow of ‘feel good’ energy, or imagine they are standing under a shower of ‘feel good’ energy. The kids let this in right away (4 seconds) because they don’t think they can’t. They just think they are playing, and from that creative place it happens instantly.

Imagine growing up and having all the people in the house managing their own energy. This is what total responsibility would look like. You would know you are the Chooser of your Life.

Ask the energy to shift into Love energy as you connect to the light and let the light in. Ask the light to feel like the deepest Love you have ever felt. Or, you could imagine something that makes you smile and feel that for awhile. This will help you to let it in even deeper.

If negative emotions show up, turn them up on high and then transform them with love. Ask the energy to work for you, not against you.

What to do if fear or anger shows up.

A question I often get is:

1. First, turn the emotion, the fear or angry energy way up—really feel it and ask it what it wants to tell you.

2. Then let light come into your body through your crown or heart chakra and imagine that light filling your entire body and washing away any trace of that emotion.  

3. It just wants attention. Give it that instead of turning away from it and ignoring it. This is why pain gets locked into a body—because you were not willing to go into the pain and ask it what it needs from you.

4. You can also ask “Where in my body am I feeling this sensation?”. Then go into that part of your body and feel the energy there and imagine yourself twisting a knob to turn the energy way up. The purpose of this exercise is to tell your subconscious that “I am not afraid of this information I just processed—you are just a sensation/information.”

5. Then ask your Higher Self what the feeling or emotion is all about. Connect to light and imagine that a healing, purple colored Love Gel is flowing over you and massaging the part of the body where you were just feeling the strong, negative emotions. You can even imagine your own masseuse or loved one massaging the gel into your body. Using visualizations are very powerful!

I once talked to 4 year-old who was crying and asked them to give their feeling a form. I just asked, “If what you are feeling could be something, what would it be?”. It may be anything, kids are imaginative, from a dog or a doll or a tree. Then I ask them to give this thing what it needs.

I had one kindergartner who was throwing a fit who gave her emotion a form. She chose a dog. I asked, “What’s the dog look like?”. She thought it was tiny and afraid. So, I asked, ”How do you make it happy?”. She said, “Give it ice cream”. “Ok” I said, “Go ahead and give it some.” She did. I asked, “Is he satisfied now or does he want something else?”. She thought he was good now and then walked away as if there was nothing wrong 5 minutes ago. She gave the emotion what it needed and then it was over.

Key Points

• When negative energy comes up, make sure you delve into it and figure out what it means and why it is showing up in your life. Don’t forget to ask questions!

• Add love and light to your body and the old, stuck energies will start dissolving and leaving. Many of the issues people have continue to exist in their body and energy field because they are unwilling to look at themselves without judgment and figure out what the issue is all about.

When Feelings & Emotions Are Not Even Your Own

80% of the thoughts in your head are actually not your own thoughts. You are like a big antenna that picks up the thoughts and feelings of everyone around you.

This is also true about picking up other people’s negative energy. When you are around people with lower energies, your body will often pick that energy up. Some people will become physically ill because they are choosing to hang out in negative energy, and not clearing out their energy afterwards.

Tool: Energy Radar

Your body often picks up on lower energies coming from someone else, this could unnecessarily be holding you down.

Here’s how to release and return the energy with blessings and love. 1. Remember to ask “Is this my energy or somebody else’s?”

2. When you feel this energy affecting your body, acknowledge it and then choose to release or change it. Bless it with pure love and light and release or return it back to the sender. 3. How to change energy:

• Send it blessings of Love and Light • Transmute it

• Call on Archangels to change it

Children Are Especially Powerful Energy Healers

Children pick up on negative energy, especially from their parents. When this happens they use their bodies to absorb your negative feelings/thoughts/energies and transmute it into love, so that you will be in a better mood—one that is more loving and playful!

Children believe they can fix you! They still remember that they are Infinite Beings.

But the flip side to this is that when something is wrong with you, they often mistakenly believe it is somehow their fault, and will try even harder to make it right.

If you are a parent, you have to let your children know that this type of thinking is not true and they do not have to fix you. Kids are Infinite Beings in a body, just like us—only they may remember more clearly they are Infinite Beings!

Most of our adult issues are implanted into us from our parents before the age of 7. So the greatest gift a parent can give their child is:

• To be aware and to ask “What do I need to do in my child’s best interest?” • Keep the family’s thermostat set to Love or Above.

Cutting the Cords

Energy cords are very present within families and often are from negative emotions like Fear, Anger and Worry. These are frequencies many parents project onto their kids in order to protect them, but this affects our physical bodies.

Often pain in your body shows up as old, unresolved energy that your body is asking you to release.

Key Points

• Just like taking a shower, it is important to clean your energy field every day.

Remember that truth feels light and soft and false is heaviness. Often lower vibrations and lower consciousness from other people feel very heavy or draining. It is usually comes from drama trauma, or even because they are telling you a lie that they may or may not be aware of.

You are feeling energy every moment of every day. If the energy you are feeling is heavy, it is an untruth or lower vibration like Anger and Fear.

How to Clear A Space of Negative Energy

1. Imagine a vortex or tornado that is purple in color and made of a beautiful glowing light. Imagine that it comes through and cleans out your entire house or space, and make sure it stays a little bit longer in all the areas that have really negative vibes.

2. Or you imagine yourself becoming a giant—bigger than the problem you are trying to solve, and you and your giant vacuum come and clean out all the debris from your life and home. Lift your roof off your house and clean it thoroughly. Put the roof back on and clean that too. Make sure you don’t miss under the house and around the yard. Really move into the ground about 20 feet down.

3. Lastly, fill the space with whatever quality you want it to embody—Love, Peace, Deep Sleep, Harmony, Focus. Remember to teach this technique to children so that they clean out their own space and can pick what energy they want to live in.

Action Items

Pick a room in your home that may have negative energy or a place where people tend to fight often.

Clap around the room to sense where the negative vibrations are. When you clap in an area of negative energy, you will get more of a “THUD” instead of a crisp, clean clap.

Once you find the area, clap around the area until you can get it light or imagine a huge vortex coming in and sucking out the negative energy.

Module 5

Creative Visualization

Believe in the power of Creative Visualization—this is a key part of manifesting!

Judgment in your thoughts creates a vibrational mismatch between what you desire and where you are, and this will inhibit manifesting.

Be Out Of Control!

Being in control is a misnomer—who is really in control? You need to be willing to live outside of everyone else’s parameters or box and choose your own thing. A lot of times people don’t manifest things because their beliefs are connected to how normal people do it. You can be out of the box. The highest paid people on the planet are usually the ones that are out of control.

If you could really live the life you wanted it, what would it look like? That is truly being out of control, being out of being controlled.

Whatever you are asking for is already manifested somewhere, so step into that energy and believe that it is already happening.

Whose box was Richard Branson or Madonna or Ellen DeGeneres in?

A question I often get is:

1. Act as if—pretend if you need to—all your emotions are in alignment with what you want. Experience what it would feel like to be in that life.

2. Anchor it into something real. As, Jim Carey did, he tried it on. When he desired to be a movie actor, he felt and saw in his imagination what actions he would take. He visualized the Happy End Result of receiving the million dollar paycheck. He visualized and felt what it would be like to deposit the check, until the sensation was so real he “knew” it was

coming. He saw and felt what kind of people were around him. He saw himself and pretended to be in movies and TV. He manifested all of this by being in the clothes of a movie actor.
