The package includes the cost for the creation and the domiciliation of your

Private Limited Company for the first year in Hong Kong.

For the next years:

Mandatory administrative costs:

 Annual Company Secretary fees: HK$ 6,000 (including renewal of the Business Registration Certificate and the submission of Annual Return)  Annual domiciliation fees : choice between option 1 (HK$ 4,800) or

option 2 (HK$ 9,000) – please see here after

Auditing annual fees (if the business has started)

 Audit: minimum of HK$ 15,000 (after 18 months of activity, then once a year)

Indicative price depending on the number of transactions and the turnover

Optional variable costs:

 Accounting (annually or monthly) : minimum HK$ 1,000 per month
