Booth events with catering

Exhibitors have the opportunity to perform activities at their exhibition stands:

With catering: Food or beverages must be purchased and invoiced via the hotel.

Others: Performance by contract partner or external service provider, e.g. sommelier, magician, shoeshine, etc.

Promotional events must be coordinated with BME in advance and approved by BME.

They are subject to a nominal charge.

Terms Price on request

All our quotations are subject to confirmation and are non-binding. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Travel expenses and/or fees for any employee of the partner or of its reference customer shall be borne by the partner. Any marketing activities on the part of the partner/exhibitor, which differ from the services agreed in the contract, must be agreed with BME and in some cases are subject to a performance fee (e.g. promotion, additional displays outside the contracted area, etc.). An agreement with the hotel alone is not sufficient.

Morning Special/Business Breakfast

Your company will devise and present a talk for day two or three of the event. Approx. duration 45 minutes. Beginning at 8.45 am.

Attendance at the Symposium is included for the speaker (1 person) on all three days of the event.

On Friday, up to 3 Morning Specials can be booked as Business Breakfasts. These are supplemented by a breakfast to combine networking and discussions on particular topics. Business Break- fasts last approximately 60 minutes.

Solution forum

Incorporation of contents with two Solution Forums (each lasting about 20 minutes).

You can present your product at one of our solution forums with up to two speakers.

The Solution Forum takes place in the exhibition area during two different intervals and features accordingly in the programme of events.

For the solution forum presenters (1-2 people), participation at the BME symposium is included for all three days of the event.

Panel discussion

Content integration based on the participation of a senior representative from your company (Member of Management Board/Executive Board/Board of Directors) in a panel discussion.

Duration of panel discussion: approx. 45 minutes.

The panel discussion includes 3-4 discussion participants (of which max. 1 service provider) and one moderator.

Attendance at the Symposium is included for the panel participant on all three days of the event.

The topic of the panel discussion and the panellists are selected in consultation with BME. The moderator is provided by BME.

Explanation: Content formats

„Best Practices” customer keynote

Content integration (following consultation) through a customer presentation of about 30 minutes within a conference (your reference customer holds a best practices keynote). Your customer is listed in the programme, incl. company name and name.

Your company profile in the Congress brochure contains a reference to your customer's presentation.

Content integration by a senior representative of your company (management/executive) as a participant in the subsequent Q & A session (about 15 minutes) together with your customer.

Prior consultation with the conference moderator is available on request and is also recommended.

Attendance at the Symposium is included for the speakers (1-2 persons) on all three days of the event.

Workshop

Content integration through a 90 minute workshop.

You can define both the topic and moderation of the workshop for a max. of 30 attendees with up to two speakers

(or as a variant one speaker together with a customer).

You provide a results-oriented workshop for the attendees.

In preparation for the workshop, the list of registered participants will be sent approximately 4 weeks before the event.

Attendance at the Symposium is included for the workshop coordinator(s) (1-2 persons) on all three days of the event.
