Keyy Feature Use

Entry of Internal Applications You can use this process to enter internal applications that you have received by e-mail or on paper. You assign the ap

plication to a reference code and specify the personnel num

ber of the candidate. You can upload the actual application documents as attachments.

After the entries are saved, the system creates a candidacy and an application. The support team of the requisition or application group to which the reference code belongs to then has access to the data.

Using a workflow, candidates are informed of the receipt of their applications (see also Workflow After Status Changes to E-Recruiting Objects).

Entry of External Applications As a recruiter or employee of an agency, you can use this process to enter the external applications that you have re

ceived by e-mail or on paper.

Hot Jobs You can use the Hot Job identifier to identify publications of

employment opportunities that, for example, are particularly recent or that need to be filled as quickly as possible. You can use the identifier to draw candidates attention to this employment opportunity.

Registration Before external candidates can log on to the Talent Ware

house , they have to register their details in the Talent Ware

house. After they have registered, they obtain access to their own personal career pages. Here, they can enter their candi

date profiles, search for employment opportunities, and sub

mit an online application for suitable employment opportuni

ties.

After registering, the candidates can use their user names and passwords to gain access to their personal career pages at any time.

Entry of the Candidate Profile You can use this process to enter your profile in the Talent Warehouse . The profile contains details of your educational and professional background, and details of your preferen

ces regarding the type and location of your future employ

ment.

You can release your profile when you have finished. Recruit

ers can then access your data and consider whether you would be suitable for an available job.

The recruiter can also edit your candidate profile. This might be necessary, for example, if data needs to be added after a telephonic interview.

Keyy Feature Use

Resume Parsing You can use this service to enable candidates to upload and

parse their resumes, that is, to extract and save the data contained in the resumes. This enables candidates to update their profiles, or to create a new profile without having to manually enter data in the application wizard. Resume pars

ing reduces the time and effort of candidates. This allows you to shorten the entire recruitment process in your com

pany and make it easier and faster for the candidates.

Storing Personal Settings This procedure explains how to set up the application to suit your requirements and how to save your settings. The re

corded settings are used as of the next time you log on to the system.

Deleting the Registration You can delete your registration if you are no longer inter

ested in accepting a new work relationship either now or in the future. Once you have deleted the registration, your user name and password are invalid and your data is deleted from the Talent Warehouse. Only external candidates can delete their registration.

Recommendation of Job Posting (Tell a Friend) Candidates can use this process to forward to other people an interesting job posting that they found using the search.

The recipient receives an e-mail containing a link to the rele

vant job posting. The recipient can display the job posting via the link and then apply online.

You can use this scenario to draw additional attention to your job postings and attract more candidates.

Job Agent Candidates can use this process to receive information regu

larly and automatically about employment opportunities that meet the search criteria that they previously defined.

They create job agents that search the database for job post

ings.

Candidates can also specify that the system automatically informs them about employment opportunities that meet the criteria for a new work relationship that they defined in their candidate profiles.

Online Application A candidate can use this process to search for a suitable em

ployment opportunity and then submit an application for it.

This process is relevant for both internal and external candi

dates.

Application via Reference Code A candidate can use this process to submit an application for a job posting if the candidate knows all or part of the rele

vant reference code.
