Payment Options

 Payments may be made in full or you may select our interest free payment plan.

 For payment plans you must pay in 3 installments: 50% before the start of the course and the remaining 50% in two installments at least 30 days before the final day of the course. Payment plans attract an administrative charge of US$30.00

 Payment s or the appropriate payment arrangement is due before the first day of the program and can be made by Direct Bank Debit, Company Purchase Order, Company Cheque,

Managers Cheque, Credit Card, Key Card or PayPal.

Drops, Withdrawals and Refund Policy

 Participants will receive 100% refund if course is cancelled or postponed by the organizer.

 Participants who cancel their attendance in a course 16 days or more before the start of the course will be refunded 95% of the course cost.

 Participants who cancel their attendance in a course less than 16 days but more than 10 days before the start of the course will be refunded 80% of the course cost.

 No refund will be given for cancellations made 10 days or less before the start date of a course. However, participants may opt to defer to another course of same value; or transfer their space to someone else.
