How do I create a Role?

To create a Role on BubbleList follow these steps:

Step 1. Click to login to your account, (you'll need to enter your email and password)

Step 2. Click to navigate to the Job Role page. On this page you'll be asked to enter the following information:

 Job Label - This is your internal reference for the role on BubbleList, (it doesn't have to be the job title)

 Job Title eg. Digital Marketing Manager, (the actual job title of the role)

 Job Location - County and Town/City from the dropdown list. Eg. London, Harrow

 Essential Values - Enter any keywords that are essential to the Role, (e.g. tools used, programs or specific experience) (Example

values can be found at the bottom of this document)

 Desirable Values - Enter any keywords that are desirable for the Role, (e.g. tools used, programs or specific experience) (Example

values can be found at the bottom of this document) Step 3. Click 'Update Role' to save this Role

Step 4. BubbleList will automatically begin a new search of the Bubble

Jobs database.

Step 5. You can either wait for your shortlist to be compiled, create

How many Roles can I create?

A single BubbleList user licence allows you to have up to 5 Roles live on your account at any one time. You can edit roles as many times as ypou like during your licence period.

How do I edit a Role?

To edit a Role you’ve already created follow these steps:

Step 1. Click to login to your account, (you'll need to enter your email and password)

Step 2. Click to navigate to the Job Role page.

Step 3. Click 'Edit'

Step 4. You can make changes to any job role information e.g. Job Title,

Location, Desirable Values, Essential Values. Once you have finished, click ‘Update Role

Step 5. BubbleList will automatically begin a new search of the Bubble

Jobs database.

Step 6. You can either wait for your shortlist to be compiled, or you can

How do I view the Results of my

Shortlist?

To view the results of your shortlist on BubbleList follow these steps:

Step 1. Click to login to your account, (you'll need to enter your email and password)

Step 2. Click to navigate to the Job Role page.

Step 3. Click ‘View Results’

How do I download a CV?

To download a CV follow these steps:

Step 1. Click to login to your account, (you'll need to enter your email and password)

Step 2. Click to navigate to the Job Role page

How do I view Candidates and CVs I

have Downloaded?

To view Candidates and CVs you have download follow these steps:

Step 1. Click to login to your account, (you'll need to enter your email and password)

Step 2. Click to view candidate CVs that you have downloaded as part of your licence.

NOTE: Downloading a CV unlocks the Candidates' name and Location.

Once you have downloaded a CV you can download it as many times as you like.

How do I view new Candidates that

have been added to the database?

To view new Candidates that have been added to the database since you last shortlist was compiled, follow these steps:

Step 1. Click to login to your account, (you'll need to enter your email and password)

Step 2. Click to navigate to the Job Role page.

Step 3. Edit your Role (if necessary)

Step 4. Click ‘View Results’ - new Candidates which have been added

How do I update my Account

Settings?

To update your Account Settings follow these steps:

Step 1. Click to login to your account, (you'll need to enter your email and password)

Step 2. Click to navigate to the Account Settings page. On this page you can edit the following information:

 Max age of CVs - Select from the dropdown menu to specify the maximum age of CVs you would like to search

 Age of 'new' CVs - Select from the dropdown menu to specify the age of CVs that will be listed as New within the Bubble Jobs database

 First Name - Edit the first name of the user on the account

 Email Address - Edit the email address of the user on the account  Password - Change the password for the user on the account

Step 3. Click 'Update Details' to save your Account Settings

How do I purchase additional User

Licences?

You can purchase additional BubbleList licenses for other members of your team. Click here to buy online or call us on 03300 883270.

Below you’ll find a list of example values you could enter in the ‘Essential Values’ and ‘Desirable Values’ field for each digital job category when creating your Role on BubbleList.

Please note: we strongly advise you to enter a minimum of five values in each field in order to obtain the best results from BubbleList.
