Annex 1 to the Term Deposit Agreement Rainy Day Events List and documents in their confirmation

1.Definitions

1.1. ‘document in proof of family relationship’ means marriage certificate, birth certificate.

1.2. ‘dwelling’ means residential premises title whereto is vested in the Customer or his/her spouse or any other residential premises where the Customer resides or which are granted the him/her according to the procedure established by legal acts (e.g., leased premises, if a lease agreement has been registered according to the procedure by legal acts, company-owned residential premises, etc.).

1.3. Terms ‘parents’ and ‘children’ include foster parents and adopted children.

1.4. Other terms used in the present document are as defined under the Term Deposit Agreement.

2. Rainy Day events and documents in their confirmation

2.1. Trauma – any trauma indicated in Table 1 sustained by the Customer, the Customer’s spouse, the Customer’s parents or children. The Customer shall have the right to terminate the Term Deposit Agreement and be paid the interest accrued before the day of termination of the Agreement, if the Customer turned to the Bank after no more than a 6 months’ period since the trauma occurrence. In such event, the Customer must provide the Bank with a certification issued by a medical treatment facility indicating the code number of the sustained trauma according to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health problems (ICD), 10th revision version. If a trauma is sustained not by the Customer himself/herself, but by his/her spouse, parents or children, documents in proof of family relations must be also provided alongside with the above-mentioned certification.

2.2. Critical illness – any critical disease or condition (situation) of the Customer, the Customer's spouse, the Customer's parents or children. The Customer shall right the right to terminate the Term Deposit Agreement and be paid the interest accrued before the day of termination of the Agreement, if the Customer turned to the Bank after no more than a 6 months’ period since the day of diagnosing the critical illness at a medical treatment facility. In such event, the Customer must provide the Bank with a certificate issued by a medical treatment facility registered in the Republic of Lithuania indicating the code of the disease according to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health problems (ICD), 10th revision version. If it is not the Customer himself/herself, but his/her spouse, parents or children who is/are down with a critical illness, documents in proof of family relations must be also provided alongside with the above-mentioned certificate.

2.3. Fire in a dwelling – a fire that broke out in the dwelling of the Customer or his/her spouse. The Customer shall have the right to terminate the Term Deposit Agreement and be paid the interest accrued before the day of termination of the Agreement, if the Customer turned to the Bank after no more than a 3 months’ period since the day on which the fire broke out. In such event, the Customer must provide the Bank with a certificate in confirmation that a fire broke out in the Customer's or his/her spouse’s dwelling from the Fire and Rescue Department with the Ministry of Interior. If the Customer resides in a dwelling title whereto is vested not in

him/her or in his/her spouse, the Customer must provide the Bank with a document stating legal basis on which the Customer or his/her spouse uses the dwelling in which the fire broke out. If the fire broke out in the dwelling of the Customer's spouse, a document evidencing family relationship must be provided to the Bank.

2.4. Loss of job – the Customer's or his/her spouse’s loss of job. The Customer shall have the right to terminate the Term Deposit Agreement and be paid the interest accrued before the day of termination of the Agreement, if the Customer turned to the Bank after no more than a 3 months’ period since the day of registration of the Customer or his/her spouse at the Lithuanian Labour Exchange indicated in the Memo for the Jobless issued by the Lithuanian Labour Exchange. If the Customer's spouse has lost his/her job, the Bank must be provided with a document in proof of the family relationship.

2.5. Road accident – an accident on the road, in public or private areas in which, in the presence of a moving means of transport, people were killed or injured, at least one means of transport, cargo, road, its structures or any other property that was at the place of the accident was damaged or somewhat damaged. A road accident that was caused by or in which the Customer or his/her spouse were injured is attributable to Rainy Day events.

The Customer shall have the right to terminate the Term Deposit Agreement and be paid the interest accrued until the day of termination of the Agreement upon providing the Bank with a certificate of the Lithuanian Road Police Agency indicating that the road accident was caused by the Customer or his/her spouse or the Customer or his/her spouse was injured in said accident, if the Customer turned to the Bank after no more than a 2 months’

period since the road accident. If the road accident involved the Customer’s spouse, the Bank must be provided with a document in proof of the family relationship.

2.6. Theft from a dwelling. The Customer shall have the right to terminate the Term Deposit Agreement and be paid the interest accrued before the day of termination of the Agreement, if the Customer turned to the Bank after no more than a 3 months’ period since the occurrence of the theft from the Customer's or his/her spouse’s dwelling. In such event, the Customer must provide the Bank with a certification issued by a medical treatment facility indicating the code number of the sustained trauma according to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health problems (ICD), 10th revision version. In such event, the Customer must provide a certificate issued by the police on the instigated criminal proceeding regarding theft from a dwelling. If the Customer resides in a dwelling title whereto is not vested in him/her of in his/her spouse, the Customer must provide the Bank with a document indicating legal basis on which the Customer or his/her spouse was using the dwelling, in which the theft occurred. If the theft was from the dwelling of Customer's spouse, the Bank must be provided with a document in proof of the family relationship.

2.7. Death of a closely related person. The Creditor shall have the right to terminate the Term Deposit Agreement and be paid the interest accrued before the day of termination of the Agreement, if the Customer turned to the Bank after no more than a 6 months’ period since the death of the Customer's spouse, child or any of his/her parents. The Customer must provide the Bank with a person’s death certificate and document in proof of the family relationship.

2.8. Death of the Customer. In the event of the Customer's death, legal heirs to the term deposit shall have the right to be paid the interest accrued before the day of termination of the Agreement, if they turned to the Bank after no more than a 6 months’ period since the death of the Customer. In such event, the heirs must provide the Customer's death certificate and inheritance documents in confirmation of their right of inheritance to the term deposit.
