ABSTRACT: Now-a-days, a web based environments plays a vital-role in all industries such as education, playing, hospitality and many more. Within these all streams education is the major concern to taken care with, because that deals with the future of students. Student performance is affected based on several reasons, as well as it is very difficult to identify the reason behind that. In this proposed system, a new approach is formed to track the mindset of students with intelligent web based educational data mining stream strategies. For this system, a new web portal is developed and provides provision to student to share their ideas and communication needs via this web portal. Behind this portal, a new web-logic called Intelligent Data Streaming Analysis Port (IDSAP) is introduced, with the help of this the data shared by the student is monitored and analyzed via attribute nature as well as the administration or respective care taker end can easily identify the mindset and problems of student as well as identify the reason behind the affection of student performance. So, that this system is really helpful to all educational institutions to improve the accuracy and verify the educational performance of students and need to take care with their relevant studies. The entire system deals with the logic of data processing and educational data mining with proper norms and takes care of improving the performance of students and their results.

In this proposed appraoch a new algorithm called Intelligent Data Streaming Analysis Port (IDSAP), is introduced, which provides a new-way to identify the performance and mindset of students easily. For all the entire system is highly useful to educational'-administrators, researchers and other related-decision-making terminologies.
