WHY AMC
Allied Media Corp (AMC) is an expert in Multicultural Media & Marketing. Our staff is culturally diverse with multilingual capabilities. Allied Media Corp. has worked with several government agencies and corporate entities to communicate effectively to the Middle Eastern, Asian, African, and European communities in the U.S. and overseas.
AMC has been in business since 1999; our professional team members have decades of experience in multicultural advertising and multimedia production. At AMC, we understand that a direct translation of general market strategies will miss the emotional and culturally relevant elements. Factors that are historical, cultural, contextual, and financial, place the ethnic consumer in a unique category.
Since 2001, AMC has an outstanding record of performance with the U.S. Government. We have developed and executed successful multicultural campaigns for several government entities such as US Census, Department of Justice, US Treasury, and the US Army. We make sure to recruit, test, and prepare teams of Marketing and Multimedia Production specialists, in a timely and costeffective fashion. The company’s multitier production process and marketing enhance accuracy and reliability of final results.
AMC requires that all new candidates in the production field comply with the contract, and the U.S. Government as a whole. We make sure that our candidates are fully aware of the level of quality and reliability of all produced material. They also have to know the importance of deadlines. AMC has also executed successful campaigns on behalf of various Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, British Airways, Western Union, University of Pennsylvania, and General Motors. AMC has been featured in CNN, Wall Street Journal, NPR, Hi International magazine, and Maghreb Arabe Presse in France. AMC’s "One Contact One Contract" concept delivers efficient and effective results for services such as market research & analysis, media selection, outdoor marketing, broadcast media, public relations, web design, graphic design and video production. AMC conducts all of its services through culturally relevant and result driven marketing strategies.
MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
AMC’s capabilities rest heavily on the ability of its staff to produce and manage requirements. AMC has an outstanding record of performance with the U.S. Government since 2001. We make sure to recruit, test, and prepare teams of Marketing and Multimedia Production specialists, in a timely and costeffective fashion. The company’s multitier production process and marketing enhances accuracy and reliability to the point of virtually guaranteeing work that is flawless and appropriate for the task at hand.
ABILITY TO FURNISH QUALIFIED PERSONNEL: AMC thrives on recruiting the best video production and marketing specialists available in the market. These professionals will be tested and prepared for the task by receiving appropriate briefings and specifications on the mission as a whole, and in particular, the requirements of the contract.
Although recruitment procedures change from one contract to another, AMC maintains the same standards of security and selection that have characterized the company over the years.
AMC follows the following procedures to ensure that all of our marketing and productions candidates meet and exceed the performance level of all contracts.
PERSONAL INTERVIEWS: Personal interviews are designed to evaluate the candidate’s attitude, skills, responsiveness, understanding, and team work as they pertain to the performance of the contract. In this stage, AMC introduces the potential contract and gives candidates a preliminary briefing about the position. SECURITY INTERVIEWS: AMC makes sure that all candidates are briefed on the confidentiality of all current and potential contracts that we handle. REFERENCES: References are always researched then verified by telephone to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by all candidates. EDUCATION: Possessing the skills needed for both production and marketing to meet our requirements are not enough. AMC seeks candidates that are capable of accommodating a vast array of cultures, races, and religions, as well as possessing a deep understanding of technical issues that could become pivotal throughout the term of the contract. AMC will seek individuals with a minimum Collegelevel education.
TESTING: This stage is a preliminary measure to evaluate all of our candidate’s capabilities in their field of profession. All candidates have to satisfy a certain level of skills and education.
ADMINISTRATIVE BRIEFING: This stage is designed to familiarize all new candidates with AMC’s administrative rules and regulations, as well as those encompassed by the U.S. Government and the client.
PRODUCTION BRIEFING: This stage is designed to familiarize all new candidates in the production field with the production process, compliance with the contract, and the U.S. Government as a whole. We make sure that our candidates are fully aware of the level of quality and reliability of all produced material. They also have to know the importance of deadlines.
PRESCREENING AND CLEARANCES: AMC’s goal of preemployment screening is to predict a job applicant’s future behavior with our company. AMC is interested in our candidate’s abilities in decisionmaking, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to apply technical knowledge. We also put into consideration the high importance of our employee’s attitudes towards their coworkers and clients.
AMC’s Security Division uses a number of traditional ways to identify an applicant’s recent and past behaviors. As a general rule, AMC always conducts these procedures, regardless of the level of clearance or performance of any given candidate:
· Criminal Record Check – This procedure reveals past criminal convictions and/or arrests. We believe that this is a big factor in determining our candidate’s previous behavior which is most likely to be revealed in the future.
· Drug Tests – This procedure reveals recent use of illegal drugs. AMC understands that many drug users are not able to perform at the levels expected by the company and we also believe that drug users are not to be trusted with a high level of confidential and sensitive material. AMC conduct its drug testing in a random fashion and within the realm of the law.
QUALITY CONTROL
AMC places a great deal of responsibility on quality control, troubleshooting and problem resolution to make sure that no service or product is below required standards. Our staff is not only diverse but also very well informed, educated and open to other cultures; our passion to other cultures is what makes us unique.
INTERNAL PROJECT REVIEW PROCEDURES: Client’s orders and requests are carefully reviewed immediately upon receipt to assure that it meets AMC’s objectives and capabilities. Decision makers strategically assign tasks to associates responsible for proposal writing after briefing all project managers and discussing associated costs and length of completion for each received request. After agreement of terms and conditions with clients, AMC submits complete proposals within 3 days up to three weeks depending on the complexity of the project.
