As part of the Business Sales Internship program, you’ll work in AT&T’s

Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) and AT&T Business Solutions organizations to develop professional sales skills, focusing on the mid-to-large business marketplace. You’ll shadow Sales Managers and Sales Executives on calls and presentations, as well as participate in weekly learning activities with other interns to hone your sales skills.

Interns will perform sales and sales-related functions in a GES sales center, to include sales/account planning, market research and analysis, proposal development, consultative selling and direct customer interface. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with senior sales leadership. Participants must have a strong academic performance, demonstrated leadership within and outside of school, and a passion for sales.

Retail Leadership Development Program (RLDP)

RLDP is a multi-faceted program for high-potential graduates who are interested in advancing within a great company – a retail leader with more than 2,300+ company-owned retail stores and 16,000+ total locations. The combined class-room and on-the-job training experience fast-tracks enthusiastic focused graduates on a path to a successful career at AT&T. The Retail Leadership Internship program is a multi-faceted, 10-week program focusing on retail management and leadership with AT&T markets. College seniors receive on-the-job training as well as challenging, hands-on assignments involving AT&T’s structure, systems and products that are designed to develop retail and leadership skills.

As a Retail Leadership Internship participant, you’ll spend your first week in Atlanta, GA at our AT&T Mobility

headquarters. You’ll then complete the next two weeks in one of our Regional Business Offices. During this time, you’ll learn all about our business and what it takes to be a great leader from the best in the business across all functional areas at AT&T. You’ll then spend the remainder of your internship at one of our retail stores, learning the different facets of AT&T’s products and services from your Retail Store Manager mentor.

Participants develop supportive,

professional relationships that will continue long after the program is completed. Future career paths include marketing, sales operations, customer service management and, of course, retail sales.

NETDP participants have rotational assignments, serving in an initial job from 12 to 24 months and then transitioning to a second developmental assignment. This accelerates the knowledge and understanding of AT&T’s network. It challenges participants to learn new systems and technology quickly, to use data to develop sound network decisions, and to think critically.

In addition, participants will benefit from formal ongoing coaching and mentoring from supervisors and peers. NETDP offers a

Established to teach the standards of AT&T, NETREX provides the opportunity for graduates to collaborate with project teams on assignments while gaining broad experience across the AT&T Network Operations organization. Possible department assignments include Network Disaster Recovery, Network Provisioning, Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Reliability.
