had been ordered and was to be delivered in November, 1 never received electric and after paying cash for

my lot, I had to cancel the purchase

of my home along with my plans to move into my new home because I could not got electric service,

and all endorsers, guarantors and sureties of this Note jointly andseverally agree to pay Payee or any subsequent holder of this Note, all costs of collection and enforcement, including court costs

and reasonable attorney's fees paid to an attorney who is not an employee of Payee, in addition

to principal, interest and other amounts due on the Note. Reasonableattorney's fees shall be $250 for all amounts due unless either party pleads otherwise.
