The revised Sub-Clause 1.3 (Deadline for Submission of EOIs) of Clause

1 (Submission of EOI) of Section D (Submission and Evaluation of EOIs)

of PQD shall be read as follows:

1.3. Deadline for Submission of EOIs

EOIs shall be submitted to the Client at the address specified above no

later than 14:00 hrs PAKISTAN TIME, January 11

th

, 2016 (the "EOI

Submission Date").

Any EOI submitted after the EOI Submission Date shall be rejected and

shall be returned unopened to the Applicant.

PMC may, at its discretion, extend the EOI Submission Date by

amending this PQD, and in such case, all rights and obligations of PMC

and the Applicants subject to the previous deadline shall thereafter be

subject to the deadline as extended.

In order to drill/cross the mineralized zone, the rigs/drilling machinery should have the capacity to drill around 1100 meters or above (if necessitated) with minimum NQ core size. The Client requires minimum nine (09) drilling rigs along with complete accessories.

The ability of the firm/consortium to mobilize rigs/drilling equipment at

the operational site(s) (whether

owned or rented /leased) must be substantiated by suitable supporting evidence.

Firms with the ability to mobilize MORE than nine (09) rigs would be awarded extra marks per rig.

The ability of the firm/consortium to engage appropriate internationally acceptable software/ hardware/ analysis system for Geo-statistical analysis, assays, 3D modelling, Isopachs aimed at resource estimation must be substantiated by suitable supporting evidence.

FORM – 3: EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY

The Applicant Firm/Consortium shall provide adequate information to

demonstrate clearly that it has the capability to meet or arrange the

requirements for the key equipment in the light o scope of work reflected at

Section B (Terms of Reference). The firm/consortium is required to provide

appropriate supporting evidence for the equipment and machinery which may

be either owned or may be arranged on rent or lease.
