Discount
All contributions will originally be charged a 10.75% fee regardless of the discount. Once the campaign ends, we'll disburse a rebate to FG (up to 15 days after the campaign ends) that includes the discount difference that should have been applied. FG disburses this rebate on the 15th of the month to the campaign owner. The rebate may or may not be included in a disbursement for a campaign's raised contributions depending on the date.

When a discount is applied to the entire campaign, the MF also receives the discounted price. The discount is sent via a rebate but it isn't visible to the campaign owner because the rebate and MF are sent as a lump sum.
Tracking Contributor Contact Information and Disbursement
• C.O.s have access to the contributor contact information when they receive their check
• FG provides login info so they can access a spreadsheet of the contribution information only at time of disbursement • There’s no way to track
whether the disbursement has gone out from IGG
Partner has access to see the contributor information for each campaign, but does not have access to disbursement information (FG doesn’t pass login information to partner)
C.O. can see when matching funds will be disbursed
